dld's blaster works great !

ive started using the dld’s blaster two weeks ago and though ive adapted it to my needs which means i dont use A or V stretch doing it, i still got 1/4 inch gains in length………i dunno what it ll be like in 6 months but now im quite satisfied with it……and i havent done it everyday i should mention.

So what is more effective for you guys, doing a 5 second stretch like DLD says or doing the 2-3 second ai stretch?

Well… In theory doing 2 sec stretch should be more effective (avoiding kickback reflex more likely). One way to determine what suits you best is to measure your unit (EBPL) right after stretching session. (1 day do ai’s and another day 5sec) If you get the same measurements, then it’s hard to say immediately which type is more effective.

For the people who do 5 seconds for 50 sets don’t your hands hurt? After doing 10 sets I’m already sore. Does one set include the reverse keggel, meaning:

1 set= 5 seconds keggle, 5 seconds reverse keggel

Or

1 set=5 seconds keggle

2nd set= 5 seconds reverse keggel

3rd set=5 second keggle

etc..

I have a request for you. I have a set up where ,while using a BIB hanger, The rope is run up over pulleys mounted in a fixture attached to a door then down to the weights. I have a knot in the rope through which can pass a stick. I’ve been doing JAI stretches by pulling on the stick when I want to unload the weight from my dick. Don’t know results yet. This set up seems ideal for doing your Blasters.

Can you suggest how to use your routine with such a set up. Would you simply kegel periodically, while the load was on the penis, same with reverse kegel? Sounds like a great exercise.

I read your post on the DLD Blaster and how it seems effect in length gains. I’m a hanger now and have been hanging for some months now. I want to try to incorporate this kind of technique with my hanging sets, but I’m not exactly sure what I should do. Your exercise is described to do with manual stretching and not hanging. I was hanging mostly BTC for a while, now I’m doing more OTS hanging. How would I go about doing the blaster while I’m hanging? Thanks…

I just tried DLDs Blaster while hanging. I thought my ligs were going to pop. 17.5 lbs BTC. The weight was no problem until I started blasting - Whoa! I have had great results from just hanging, but this could really lead to something. I have burning and fatigue after just 2 sets and it’s the start of the week. I’m going to go at this for a month and see what happens.

I mistakenly posted a reply under Sizemore’s post about his recent gains. I just tried the DLD Blaster while hanging 17.5 lbs. BTC. Holy shit! My ligs are fatigued and burning after just two sets and it’s only Monday. This has real potential. I am going to try this for a month ans see what happens.

I think whatever is most comfortable for you. As long as on the reverse Keggle you are getting a good stretch whether it be 2 seconds or 5.

I do both stretches at different times during the day. I do not think there is any harm in this. But as Johan said what suits you best.

One set is :
1 set= 5 seconds keggle, 5 seconds reverse keggel

and it is ok to rest, this exercise is in no way time sensitive.

coolguy, please see above. I know there are many hangers using this technique so it will take me a bit to find something.
