I thought that the explaination was quite easy to understand. Not very easy stretch to do with short flaccid length (Im a grower, not a shower!).

I tried a few sets last night laying in bed next to the wife (she was asleep of course). Reverse kegeals are kind of hard for me to do (just dont really feel them yet I guess), but I really saw the difference they made in as much as preventing the contraction reflex of the PC muscle.

Ill just keep at it, although I think I will have the next week off (maybe two if I can stand it) and then start up again.

There is no need for a competitive forum, this is counterproductive and splits the community.
But this is some way to increase one’s ego…….

Is it this why DLD is called “commercial” ?

Just wanted to ask if any visualization, pictures or some kind of visual description of your exercise. The older links posted no longer work. I’m just looking for a good exercise to start and this sounds interesting. Also i was wondering about these “Blasters” you mention. It would be great if someone could help me out with information on those and some kinda visual tools. Thank you.

I’ve never tried DLD blasters, however I do perform kegels and reverse kegels while hanging out of boredom and to keep circulation up. I seriously doubt they contribute to my lengthgains.

First question. MOS forums? Also I was looking for something for girth gains. There are so many devices I have seen people using, its mind bottling. Where to start? - Please do not give me the wrap around :) Thank you.

Work up to a girth routine, avoid the big girth exercises to start with.

Im not a member of his paysite and im not concidered a leech… Everyone over there has been nice to me. DLD even gave me one on one help with my routines more than once AFTER i told him that i couldn’t join his paysite due to financial problems. Besides all of his exercies are released to the public for free on his forums, the only thing that makes the paysite worth its money is that there are stuctured workouts that range from Phase1-Phase5(i think) and they put the exercies that he releases for free in a structured maner, which he and many others claim to help boost your gains. I myself can’t attest to that but i can say he’s always been nice to me. And that bull about people saying that he photoshopped his photo’s. Well he has videos on his paysite and i’ve never heard of videos being photoshopped. If you question his photo’s then buy a membership and then if he has a small dick you can tell people its bull. I myself dont have a membership but if you question him then check it out. Besides WHO CARES how big he is. He’s helped tons of people gain and thats the point. It wouldnt change shit whether he was 2 or 200 inches long. I just hate how people here hate him after all he’s done to help. Who cares if he’s making money or not the bottom line is he’s helped tons of people for FREE. There should be no rivalry between MOS and Thunders. We should all be one big PE community and we should all strive towards our one common goal. A bigger dick.
