Hmm, I’ll see what I can put together. (All I want for christmas is 6 inches girth!) I’m working on a variation of a O bend to increase my base girth at the moment (hanging is not an option- I don’t want more length that way!), but I’ll wait to see if this all has any significant effect before posting about that. Getting: Dangle is right about clamping with less pressure. There is a difference between light clamping and doing X-Ulis. As I mentioned in the PM I’m not familiar with the FS Extender. However, I’m not sure the wearing of any ADS alone will condition the penile tissues enough to withstand the extreme pressures one encounters with X-Ulis. Now four months of jelqing may have toughened up your dick enough to apply this technique. Start slow, be very vigilant, and always the first sign of trouble pop the clamp and massage in fresh blood.

Bam: This is interesting. I think you are the first who has brought this up at least in this thread. I personally gain anywhere from 1/2” to 3/4” temporary girth during an aggressive clamping session. There is no doubt that most of this girth is lymphatic fluid buildup that accumulates between the tunica and the skin. I know this because after a day or so if I don’t clamp or pump it slowly goes away and I’m back down to my normal girth. However, I do feel that the tunica is also being enlarged by the abnormal blood engorgement we experience during extreme clamping. I don’t know this for certain, but it just feels this way to me. It simply feels like more is being stretched here than skin. If you are familiar with vacuum pumping you are aware that it takes lymphatic fluid a while to accumulate, and when it does the accumulation is in all the weak areas of the penis, like around the coronal ridge and underneath the frendlum giving us the typical doughnut effect. Whereas with clamping it has been my experience to find that the blood engorgement is right away, and even the fluid buildup that occurs later in the session is more evenly distributed along the shaft giving the entire shaft a false fluid girth that is more uniform and not as lumpy as the build up that occurs with over pumping or the baseball bat shape that occurs with over hanging. Also, like dangle said, my clamped flaccid girth after three ten minute sets is considerably fatter than my unclamped erection before clamping. This is why I feel the erection can subside once engorgement is accomplished and benefits can still be ascertained.

I modified my clamp. I did get almost half an inch increase in girth clamping. More details soon.

You should be very veiny and plumped up while clamped, and during much of it your dick will actually feel semi-soft rather than rock-hard, but plumped up and veiny and fat, actually fatter than when you have a rock-hard erection during normal (non-PE) times.

Be sure to fill us in on the modifications. I don’t get much beyond a .25 inch increase in girth expansion during my clamping sessions and I’d be interested in getting more.

Hey big G,

I went to Radio Shack today and went looking for some cable clamps. Well, I never found the kind that you use, but I did find something diffrent. It is still a cable clamp but it is velcro. I used it today clamping and it worked great. Do you think that this is ok. The piece of velcro is about 1 cm wide and about 9 inches long. I just put the two ends together around the base of my penis and I’m set. Also, is there some kind of protection I should put under this piece of velcro?

Check out Home Depot, they have them.


Why are you struggling with Velcro? You’re in the US. Clamps are everywhere. Go to Wal-Mart or HD or just click on the link above. These clamps are worth their weight in gold. Peforeal superglues two together and uses them as a hanger. There PE uses are endless.

I’ve been clamping for a few days now. I have noticed that if I clamp too soft my erection goes away but I’m still swollen .15 over normal eg. But if I really clamp it like almost to the last click on the clamp it swells really big. Just wondering if you recommend a softer clamp or the extreme clamping. It doesnt stay swollen for long after I release the clamp. Will I build up to the point where it will stay swollen for like a few hours or even a few days? Should it start right away or do I need more time before it stays swollen for a while.

I have used a velcro strap for clamping or for attaching a sock hanger. It worked pretty well for me. It could probably be used for skin protection under a cable clamp as well.

Should you use wrap underneath it? That depends on whether or not it is irritating or pinching your skin.
