CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I’m gaining girth but no length from clamping. Which is what I would expect.

Big Girtha, thanks for the answers! I actually just started clamping today and definitely dig the pump.

Would it be wise to combine stretching and clamping in the same session to obtain both length and girth? Would you suggest stretching first or clamping? THANKS!

I stretch before between sets and after. Seems to help restore circulation and also helps prevent turtling.

Big Girtha, I have been using the FastSize Extender for about 4 months now www.fastsize.com (1 hour sets 3-6 times a day, gained 1/2 inch BPEL) and doing jelqs inbetween to help return blood to my head. My question is do you think my unit is conditioned enough to start/try clamping?

Gettin: you can start by clamping not too tight and work your way up. It is not “all or nothing”. A clamp is not different than an ok grip in theory - just can be clamped tighter.

Quick question for BG and Dangle: when I clamp there is no actual measurable “elastic” expansion of the tunica.

There is more size, but the actual tunica doesn’t seem to expand the way others have mentioned. I can still pull the measuring tape tight and get the 5.5 for the tunica I have cemented (I don’t like to rest the tape around the skin but actually measure the inner girth). Do either of you have any suggestions to explain how you overcame this problem, or any ideas?

Think about naked hot girls… might help it expand.

Anyway it might be possible that your not doing it tight enough, anybody care to help out.

Bam: I have no explanation for that. I heat under an IR light, and continue to use IR (about a foot from my dick) throughout the workout. When I am clamped, even when my dick starts to get softer, it is still swollen up to .5 inches bigger in girth than my dimensions when I have a stiff hardon, say, 24 hours after a PE session. That’s the weird part. I guess pumpers get this too, I don’t know. But my biggest dimensions by far, up to a half-inch bigger, are when I am clamped, and not necessarily all the way hard.

Thanks dangle, I just know from reading about clamping that it’s not for some one who hasnt conditioned there unit with other PE exercises, and all I do is use the extender and some jelqs. Just wanted to hear from you clamping vets to make sure I don’t damge my buddy.

In other words, you would think your biggest dimensions are when you have a rock-hard boner - that there is no way you could get bigger than this. But I am almost a half-inch bigger well into a clamp session, even when my dick is not all that hard!
