CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

I have a question regarding what size clamp I should get, I have 4.3” base erect girth and 4.7” mid shaft erect girth. I have been told to get a small one because the medium one would require a very thick under-wrap.so just like to get some advice.

I have been doing PE for 10months now and have gained abit which is a good motivator, I have also completed the 3 month condition program just to let you all know before you think I am a complete newbie =p.

The medium size is the only usable clamp for PE. Just use more wrap.

Yes I think the small would be way too small.

I used to use one of those sweat wrist bands as padding, which was a perfect thickness. I lost that, and now use a sock with the foot part cut off folded in half, lol… which is also perfect.

I actually tried folding it over again once, and found the extra thickness a bit of a problem when clamping… so you might have to suffer through non-ideal clamping until you gain a bit of girth.

I won’t assume anything about the size of anyone’s johnson, but the *widest* setting of the small clamp is a circumference of 3 inches - closed is 1.5”

Hey guys I have a question. What should your penis feel like when you have the clamp on for like 10 mins? I can’t explain the feeling mine gets but it’s kind of like it feels heated. I doesn’t get cold or numb (though it did get numb once and I stopped that day). Also after every session my EQ is through the roof for like 2-3 days, 1 touch and I’m hard for like 10 mins(annoying when you live with others). Answer sum1 please curious here? Thanks

I have question about kegels during clamping. They increase pressure in penis, so are they necessary for someone who’s not trying to clamp too hard? I mean, I guess it’s okay to do mild kegels, but not those long, hard ones?

I got a lot of little red spots (burst capillaries) during clamping session yesterday and at first I thought it’s because I clamped 3rd day in a row, but then I figured capillaries can’t burst from fatigue, but from too much pressure. I did some long, hard kegels and I think that’s what actually caused burst capillaries. Luckily, they disappeared in under 10 hours.

Next week I’ll try to clamp 3 days in a row again, but without long, hard kegels and see what happens.

I only get red spot if I haven’t clamped for a few days. My first few sessions I have to go really light to I don’t get too many, but after that (second or third day) I seem to be able to do almost anything without getting any spots.

Big Girtha or anyone else with clamping experience, I just got back into PE’ing and started clamping. right now about 4 days a week 2-3 sets of 10 min.

My question is what are you guys using to cool down afterwards? I read somewhere that BG just sits in a cold bath or pool while clamped to cool down. I was thinking about just using a wet rag for about 5 min afterward. Also, I can’t find the magnetic bands anymore. I had one a long time ago, but cant find one now. I’m currently using some other kind wrap(non magnetic) and I’m having trouble keeping my member filled with blood after I’m done with my sets. either it is to tight to keep blood flowing or not tight enough to keep member somewhat engorged. what are you guys using to keep your member filled after your sets?

I jelq and manually stretch as soon after my clamping session as possible. Clamping “warms” the unit up, and I feel that I get the best stretch ever right after a session.

I do have some issues with not getting expansion, even though I go 10-12 minutes in a set. I can’t tighten the clamp down any tighter at the base, and I still don’t always feel like, ( or see ), good expansion.

Try pumping or jelqing before you clamp. You could also use 2 clamps instead of 1, you can also use a thicker piece of cloth/band to wrap the clamp around. That should get it tight enough to get good expansion

Hey guys I found these clamps at Home depot. They sell them single and the medium costs a dollar something but there not called cable clamps anymore they are cable cuffs. Thought this would help some of you having trouble finding them.
