Have you tried 4 yet?
I used to try more than three… for whatever reason it just didn’t seem to work that well.
I’m gonna try another exercise tonight that I learned about at matters of size… very similar to clamping, but with a rope… supposed to be super intense.
That 1/8” will become permanent sooner or later if you keep at it. :)
Possibly… I’m not sure if I’m getting too discouraged or if it’ll actually work. It’s hard to measure width properly (since the widest part is in the middle and not on the top), so I’m not sure if the width I gain goes away completely so fast, or whether a little bit of it remains.
Anyway, I’ll keep incorporating these at least a little bit, and mix in a few other things I’m trying.
