Has anyone else gotten a really fat base girth from clamping? My base girth (about the first 1.5 inches) is about 5.75 and then my midshaft (the next 4 inches) is 4.75 and then my head (the last inch) is 4. My dick has stayed like this since I stopped pe about 6 months ago (ran into time and privacy problems). Before clamping I was 4.5 midshaft and the base was about 5. I have to say my dick looks weird like this and I kinda wish my base girth was actually less so it looked more proportioned. I only use one clamp and clamp as close to the base as I can. I would also incorporate some dry jelqs and squeezes. I find it strange that not too many other clampers have encountered this phenomenon. Also, this base girth isn’t rock hard like the midshaft girth. It’s kinda hard to explain but there’s a bit more give to it. It’s almost like the skin has just bulged out but you can still feel the hard shaft underneath. I’m starting up pe again now and am alternating clamping and pumping sets (3 of each). I find this to be much better than clamping alone. Hopefully my midshaft can catch up as well as my tiny head.

Women actually like the traffic cone shape. Goes in easy, yet still gives the feel of thick girth when you pound them balls deep. But I understand your concern. Guys are more concerned with aesthetics than the ladies. I agree, some pumping might even things out a bit. Kind of odd though. Usually extreme clamping causes right the opposite, the dreaded Baseball Bat. Sounds like you may have PEed up a wad of scrotal skin onto your lower shaft. I’d maybe ease up the clamping a little and stay with the dry jelqs and moderate pumping for more even girth, if that’s what you are looking for.

I was born with a traffic cone shape. Girtha is right about the advantages of if. You get to control how much girth you deliver and when you deliver it.

On the other hand, Sadsak heads have helped me get some more head size, and I think pumping has helped make the tapering less pronounced (evened out things some).

BG, I think you might be dead on about me peing up a wad of scrotal skin onto the lower shaft. I have some turkey neck and I feel like since I try to clamp so close to the base that some of this turkey neck/scrotal skin gets clamped as well which has resulted in some strange expansion at the base. Perhaps I should try clamping where the turkey neck ends which also just happens to be where the fat base girth ends.

I’m trying to fix the turkey by wearing a ball stretcher but I heard that it could actually make it worse. Not sure if that’s true.

My shaft does look more uniform after pumping sets. Also, the pumping really makes my clamping sessions far more intense. I only have to click down one or two notches, then I simply kegel and edge constantly for 5-10 min in the clamp and I get great expansion. Then another 5-10 min in the pump at low pressure and I’m ready for another clamping set. I get my 4.75 midshaft girth up to 5.75 clamped and 5.25-5.5 unclamped after I’m done with 3 sets of each. There is not too much fluid build up either. Also, I only ejaculate every other day and I really think this is helping me not let it turtle ever. I feel like for me, not ejaculating is enough to never let it turtle. When I do ejaculate, I’m usually horny and ready to go 15 min later anyway, so I never really experience a turtle effect from ejaculating. If I was ejaculating every day, I don’t think this would be the case. PE definately makes me extra horny and I would say I’m someone who has a pretty high libido (I’m also 24). I’m thinking ejaculating every 3rd day would be even better.

I’ll try the sadsaks sta-kool. I would love some head growth. It seems by far the hardest part of the dick to grow. And I do agree with you that pumping seems to help even things out. My base looks more proportioned and my head and c-scar area are fatter after pumping sets.

slickdickey: how do you expect a ball stretcher to decrease the turkey neck? I would expect the opposite, given that what you are doing is stretching the sack (and the skin that connects it to everything) out more. I would refrain from doing this. Also, how do you manage to kegel while clamped? You mentioned that pumping makes your clamping more intense, so I’m expecting you are referring to the pressure inside the shaft. I already cannot kegel (can but there’s no point, no blood enters the shaft), I can’t imagine how you have added more pressure and still been able to kegel. Are you purposely using a very low pressure?

Also, has anyone tried clamping for head growth? I realize the tissue towards the head is much more sensitive (Big Girtha has mentioned this already), but it seems to me that the Sadsak exercise would be amplified and readily controlled (measured) through clamping the head. BG, you mentioned doing something of this sort before (a while ago, I believe you were clamping the upper half…not sure if it was directed to the head in particular), what’s your opinion?

Yea I realize now a ball stretcher is not the best solution. What I am doing now is trying to stretch the skin on the underside of my shaft which I think should help push the turkey neck back. I grab the skin right where the turkey neck meets the underside of the shaft and push down. With the other hand, I pull the head back towards me which creates quite the stretch on the skin of the underside of my dick. I’m guessing that if this skin stretches out, the turkey neck will be pushed back.

I am able to kegel easily with clamping because I only go down 2 clicks most of the time. I could go down 4 or 5 clicks but I notice that I don’t get much more engorgement and my dick gets really black and and blue and there seems to be more swelling instead of actual expansion. I also can’t kegel well. With only two clicks, I can continuously kegel which makes my dick feel like it’s expanding through the use of my own blood instead of swelling. My dick is fat afterwords with no strange swelling or puffiness. I don’t feel much fluid buildup although it aint rock hard either. Without pumping though, I’m not sure I would get quite the engorgement from only going down two clicks in the clamping sets

Sorry, guys. I know I’ve promised to the last few Pmers to respond here, just haven’t had time yet. But I guess if I can respond to the stupid “Doggie” thread I can say a few words here. I feel we should not encourage stretching scrotal skin anymore than we have to. We get enough excess skin just from PE routines such as hanging and clamping as it is. However, unlike a lot of Peers who hate the extra PE skin, I kind of like it. It looks good when it slides down the shaft, giving the illusion of a thicker, fuller flaccid. For me any gain is good gain, even skin. But I know most feel it is esthetically unpleasing. I find the thick scrotal skin is tougher than the tender skin on the upper shaft. The skin at my base is so tough I can kind of use it as wrap, to thicken the neoprene so less clicks are needed to completely close the clamp. But for guys less conditioned, especially if you are getting pinched or black and blue marks, I suggest using more wrap.

Take the neoprene wrist wrap and cut it down the middle, so it is only one inch wide, but leave it long enough to wrap around your base enough times to get an engorgement with no more than three clicks. If you have to click four times your wrap is most likely not thick enough. Of course this also depends on your base girth, but the less times you have to click to get an engorgement the better the chances of avoiding pinched skin. Hope this makes sense. I’ll explain this better tomorrow, but I see a couple of you are on now.

This is my topic in the newbie section, it would be an honour if you could give me some words of advice on this.

I’ve been doing manual clamps for 3 weeks now. Sometimes using a rubber band to clamp.

While I was doing this yesterday during my 3rd set. I wanted to hit the 10minute timeline. I stopped at 5 or 6 minutes the sets before because my unit was becoming a bit cold? Is this normal?

Anyways while on my third set, I did the 10minutes ignoring the coldness of the unit thinking it’s normal. As I took the rubber band of I noticed an Egg-shape weird bump on the right side of my unit. It was quite big. Actually I didnt mind that much because it would give me like half an inch girth at that side lol. After the warm-down it regressed a bit. And today it’s almost gone.. Whats going on?

Man, rubber bands are what they use to castrate horses with. You really need to find some cable clamps.

I still live with my parents. And the bands doesnt look weird or something you know.
And by the way I said it wrong it’s not a rubber band, but it’s textile.. Like sometimes in pyama’s is this just as bad?

And is the unit getting cold at the end of the session normal?

I have no idea what it is you are using. You should order the clamps. If your parents ask any questions, just tell them you are using the clamps to clamp computer cords together.

Yes, a little coolness is normal with clamping.

This may sound like a stupid question and it’s probably been asked many times before but I have to ask.

Which position should the clamp have when tightened? I mean does the screw need to point down in order to put pressure on the sides of the penis (was is not this way BigGirtha suggested it in his initial post of this thread)?
Or does the screw need to point to one side so that the clamp can be tightend “penis-shape-like”?
It would be great if some of you experienced clampers could help me out here.

I may add that this question occured to me while taking a look at the A place for clamper pics thread. Many guys seem to clamp “screw down”.
I wondering if i did it wrong all the time.
