So I’m entering the world of clamping and so far so good. I’ve started with 3 ten minute sessions but have a few questions as to where to go from here. Using the airclamp right now with no problems.

Firstly, I don’t seem to notice much fatigue and my unit turns a darker redish color, but stays warm and seems to be doing fine. Would this be an indication that more time under the clamp would be useful? What sort of feeling are you shooting for during and after the clamping sessions. I assume that during the clamping session there should be maximal expansion, which so far for me has been about .25” larger than my normal EG. Are you looking for more expansion than this?

Secondly, it doesn’t seem as if clamping would be something you couldn’t do everday. Now I know you’d want to take a rest day here and there, but I don’t notice as much “wear and tear” with it yet, which may be due to my technique. If you feel as if you can handle more, does this mean you aren’t doing it correctly, or is this indeed something you can do daily?

I would say .25” is near the low range. When I clamp, I achieve about .5 expansion. It takes about 2-3 5 minute sessions. As soon as my dick gets a little soft in the clamps, I loosen them, kegel more blood in, and tighten them again. Once I reach .5” expansion I do 3 more 10 minute sessions. I also use a cock ring and I can edge for 1 hour after I clamp with the ring still on and keep the .5” expansion the whole time.

Amazing… I come back after, I dunno, 4 or 5 years… and find exactly the thread I was looking for, still on the first page of threads. :) Pure Gold.

A few months ago I wasn’t getting any more gains so I started adding an occasional clamping session.. About 20 minutes total broken into 4 or 5 5minute clamping periods. I also got a second clamp, which I use to gently increase pressure. It seems to be working because I have gotten 1/4 length and a little girth in the last month.

I find that a session of jelqing after clamping is great. It really makes it feel plump and the full feeling lasts for hours after. Go easy with the jelq cause the unit is a bit tender after the clamp.

This a very inspiring thread. Big Girtha, I have seen your comments in a lot of other threads, and well, you are a GOD!! Tonight will be my first night clamping. I am going to jelq for about 1hr, and then clamp in three sets of 10 minutes. I will be clamping while wrapped in an electric heat pad on low. Wish me luck!

This simple engorgement routine has come a long way since those early days of putting on hose clamps with a screwdriver. From Turn-key clamps through the Plastic Ratchet-jawed Demons to AirClamps, we’ve sharpened this craft into a fine art. There has been plenty of good info published on this forum, by Remek and many others.

Along with the many claims of quickly gained and long sustained girth, we’ve also heard the horror stories that have accompanied a lot of the misuse, not to mention warnings from the medical community. Many TP members have paid the price for their thick dicks with thrombosis, discoloration and other injuries to the point that we’ve learned to go easy with clamping off blood flow to gain girth. Yet still we clamp.

Who knows, maybe this routine is not just a fad after all.

Big Girtha, I clamped for the first time last night!! Talk about exciting!! I found a hose clamp and a Velcro strap, teamed them up with a piece of tattered cloth, and had at it. RIDICULOUS!! How have I been missing out on this for so long. I could just kick myself in the ass! I gained a ½” in mid-shaft girth. I was so damn excited!! But then I got scared …

My dick started losing heat around the tip. I remembered all of the scare over thrombosis and LDS (limp dick syndrome) and I unscrewed the clamp. The heat came back and I repeated 2 more time. There is no way I am ready for 10 minutes right now. I could only go for about 6 or 7!
On a side note, I found one of the cable clamps you boast about. I will probably try it on later tonight. They are heck of cheap. I found 4 for $2 at Wal-Mart in the shower curtain section. They were on the discount shelf. I sort of lucked out.

I may end up saying with the hose clamp because the medium cable clamp might be too small, and the large … well, it could probably hold two of me. I will have to try them on later to make a good determination.

One day I will have girth like you. I am freaking so amazed at your girth growth, 2 INCHES!! RE-DAMN-DICULOUS!! I will be happy to see 1”.

Man, you need to master the plastic clamp. All of you guys, toss those hose clamps, the “Elastic Bands” (UK) and use the good old American made plastic Ratchet-Jawed Demon. The CableClamp. If you think the hose clamp got you excited, just wait till you get CableClamps down. There is a slight learning curve, but once you get passed that you will throw that hose clamp out the window. You just need to experiment with your wrap length. If you’re not getting the good firm engorgement with the medium clamp closed all the way, you are not using enough wrap. I cringe every time I hear someone say they are still screwing on a hose clamp. :whatever: The guys in the UK have an excuse, it’s a lame excuse, but I understand the problem, but California? Come on dude, buy a box full of these little devils if you are serious about clamping. They tend to wear out and break, so you need to keep a lot on hand. Try Home Depot, by the extension cords. They usually have a barrel full of them. Our International members can get them here:

Ok. Try as I might, I can’t kegel in any more blood to cause more expansion. I’ve noticed a possible increase in expansion since I first started clamping, but its hard to tell. I haven’t been going at it long enough for anything like that to be measured anyways.

My question is, does this low expansion measurement point to anything? Would doing more manual stretches that focus on the tunica be a wise addition? Or would adding in some bends after a few months be the direction to head? I know the real answer will only be found through experimentation, but if any of the more experienced clampers have any tips on gaining greater expansion I’d be much appreciative of it. Thanks : )

Hey Big. I have used the cable clamps twice now. I like them but I don’t get the same clamp I do with the hose clamp.

I’ve tried different angles, but it always loses it’s engorgement. Maybe I am not doing it right. Is it supposed to stay rock hard for the who 10 minutes?
