Can stretching even be consider overtraining
Stretching is just pulling on the ligs. How could you overtrain by stretching? Now I can easily understand overtraining with hanging, pumping, jelqing, clamping and everything else but stretching? I mean you sleep for like 6-8 hours and day + another 5-7 hours ALEAST that most people don’t touch their dick. And if you stretch whenever you had free time like watching t.v or on the computer would anyone agree that you can’t really overtrain just by stretching to much? I probably stretch 1-3 hours a day, and so far my erections/morning wood is in great shape!
My question directly goes towards stretching and fowfers. If I’m by myself at home and sitting, I normally am always doing some sort of manual stretching and fowfer . (Slowly trying fowfers ago from my mishap.. Info in my old post)
