Can I stretch after I clamp?

I clamp every weekday evening, and soon after I start manually stretching my penis while I’m on the computer. Is this bad for me?

Ok you have a point. I would advise you to measure… if you are larger post pump, this is good…. if you are larger post stretch, this is good. If not, you have to ask yourself… why am I doing this?

Usually it is better to stretch before girth exercises for the simple reason that if you stretch after doing girth work, you squeeze all of the blood out of your cock that you just worked so hard to put in. There is some logic involed to the order of the exercises.

But seriously, I would advise you to do your streches before clamping, but simply because of the effect. When you clamp you become more girthy, and blood stays a bit more in your penis. The effect of the strech is not as good as it could be.

I clamp than I stretch and it works just fine for me.

I stretch before and after clamping, But I wait 1 hour after clamping.

You’ll have to judge if it works for you.

Does stretching actually gain length.?

Like does it actually enlarge the length of Ur dick or does it just looses the ligaments?

First manual stretch and then go clamping. That’s my advice.
