Cable Clamp routine
Hey how is everyone? I haven’t been on here in a while so I was wondering if someone could help me with the cable clamp routine I did around 2 minutes of stretching then I did the cable clamp for around 5 minutes because i was thinking if you could get the blood to expand it would help the jelqs because it would expand those ligaments then when your pulling it will stretch them then after I did the jelqs i did the cable clamp for about 8 minutes then I hit the hot rag. I haven’t done P.E. in a while but after i did the cable clamp boy did my penis look impressive i mean it looked bigger just wondering if anyone else has had this? This is what my start back routine is.
Stretches,follwed by the cable clamp trying force blood,then jelqs 200 reps or whatever they are called and then the cable clamp again and 50 keggels then a hot rag for 2 minutes.
