All Day Stretch Inquiry
I’ve started a new stretch routine at work. I am putting clamp after clamp after clamp on my unit and stretching it as far as possible and then locking the clamps, one by one. It hides relatively well at work. My question is, how much should I clamp off, as far as I can get it? I noticed that doing manual stretches, I get less of a stretch, even at my max. I get another 0.25->0.33 inches by stacking clamps. For the last week, I get to approximately 0.125 within my erect length of a stretch.
How far is enough? How far should I go?
