If I try to clamp a 100% erection I get almost no expansion. Its like clamping an iron bar.

When I clamped, I had a similar experience. I would clamp once warmed up and maybe 30% erect then bring myself to full erection and the clamp would do its thing as it was secured quite tightly. Trying to put it on a fully or very near erect penis was never beneficial for me.

I do love clamping, it works and is quite a high intensity form of P.E. Dangerous if you’re not conditioned and get over zealous with your clamps but the results in girth growth or great when you get it right and well worth the effort and the risk.

Yes definitely one of the most informative threads on here as far as what worked real world. I’m a bit surprised so many big gainers pump i thought that was pretty much temporary gains only. It makes me wonder if you guys know of a thread with like a poll or something where people pick which form of PE has best helped them for length or girth? I am on my second month of the newbie routine and will likely do 4 months of it before i add something else. Was thinking hanging was the way to go as i want more length then girth right now but maybe i should look at pumping first more. I may be wrong but i would think that would have a smaller learning curve.

I’ve started doing Penis Exercises. I plan on taking things up several notches in January because I will be able to afford all the items and things that I need for my planned workout regimen. I am currently single, and not looking for a relationship, as I am completely focused on getting in perfect shape, increasing my penis size, and making money through online poker and a few other convenient methods. I live in an apartment, and all of my payment needs are taken care of, and I take online classes, completing my Associate’s Degree in Science. I have all the time in the world to focus on just life improvement, so I plan on utilizing my time effectively.

I am super-motivated by the stories of Big Gainers because they motivate me to dedicate as much time as is necessary towards serious Penis Exercise regimens. For people who wonder about if people have lives, and wonder why they are able to spend so much time at Penis Exercises, I’ll just say that some people, like me, indeed are very lucky, and have lives where we can dedicate as much time as we need, towards developing the types of bodies/penises that we need. I feel like I have a unique opportunity to get some great results, in terms of my physical fitness, and penis size, as I am working out every day, and eating very healthy, and using lots of powerful gym supplements, nootropics, peptides, and things that aid testosterone levels (not steroids). I’m getting great total results, and I can’t wait for January, when I can begin a very serious PE program. For now, I’m focused on just jelquing, and kegels, which is great for now.

Some admittedly unsolicited advice:

-Do not underestimate the importance of rest days and deconditioning breaks.

-Do not underestimate the risk of serious set-backs due to over-training.

I really like your enthusiasm, but you have to temper it with caution and patience.

Doing more exercises and doing them with higher intensity will not necessarily result in more and faster gains, but they WILL make the risk of injury increase dramatically.

You’re absolutely right. I decided to focus on just manual jelqing for now and using an anti-turtling device so that I don’t make wrapping mistakes. I’ll focus on advanced stuff later when I make some gains. I also plan on taking days off. I will “listen” to my body, so to speak. Luckily, I’m also focused on healthy eating and bodybuilding, and I’m already comfortable with my current size, so I’m not obsessed with getting gains. I’m actually average size, so I’m really doing this for Penis Fitness, and to “look the part” so to speak since I’m already a big strong guy. I won’t rush things. No need to get hurt. I am focusing on keeping it simple for now, until about February of next year.

Sounds good. I’m in a similar place except I bought a lot of devices beforehand, but won’t use them until I can’t get gains from a less “harsh” Pe-method. So I think trying to max your gains from a simple extender or light manual stretching before moving to hanging etc.

I’m thinking always keeping the penis at erect stretched length would be something that would produce massive gains. Even just doing it for a week straight. I feel my ligaments is not ready to take even the light stretch from a bungee cord this requires though (guessing it takes around 2lbs to keep it stretched both while sitting and standing. Also it will take conditioning before your penis is able to handle light vacuum for a week straight. The only way to do this safely would be an ESL-40 like working device I think that uses very mild vacuum and a silicone cup.

I don’t think keeping a penis in erect stretched length would be a smart thing at all, especially since Viagra warnings indicate that you should go to the Emergency room after an erection doesn’t go away for hours. I don’t think the ESL-40 would work. It’s not the type of vacuum/suction that you think. it won’t give you the erection type that you seem to be indicating.
