Big Gainer Highlights

Still working on getting on here myself ;) i’m looking at +0.88” BPEL, +0.22” MSEG, and +2.43 cubic inches in volume over +3 years (no where near consistently). I have a long road ahead of me.

Unfortunately (for some in this thread) my beginners pictures are lost due to a laptop wipe. Guess I’ll just have to gain 2” extra from this point in time ;)

Edit: grammar and sentence structure.

I agree - this is a great thread. I put the database on my pc and started looking for something else: how does the rate of gain change over time?

But BD did something very well here. He not only did the statistical analysis, he went through the site, looking at each big gainer’s post and told us a little about how they did it.

Not like I used to when I was starting out. I was searching for effective methods, and it made sense to survey the progress reports of those who had gained the most at the time. Once I’d surveyed a wide variety of effective methods though, my PE journey entered more of a doing phase and less of a learning phase. Titleist and Houstonwoods come to mind as a couple big gainers that I studied after I stopped adding to this thread. And I will still occasional research somebody’s history if I see an interesting post from them and notice they are also a big gainer.

You can sort the TP database by volume gained, and study the progress reports of anyone over 10 cubic inches volume gained. The main difference between the guy who gained 10 cubic inches and the guy who gained 20 cubic inches is that the second guy wanted more. They both knew how to do it.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" volume 7.3 ci ////// After 7.2" x 4.8" volume 13.2 ci

You’ve done awesome work, BD. I appreciate the time and effort you went through to meticulously study the routines, injuries, gains, and other fun bits of information.

Glad you’re still at it! Titleist was also an inspiration for me, back in the day.

I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.
