Ballooning Gains!

I haven’t done it enough to really say what it is, the closest I can come up with is that it opens the floodgates leading into the penis; whether its muscle contraction or something else is hard to say. The feeling is so different that I haven’t had the time to really discover what it is for sure, other than it sure seems to work. Theory is probably right because hitting most nerves from the outside causes some sort of muscle reaction.

Thinking out loud now, but perhaps instead of a contraction its a complete relaxation of the muscles of the penis, which allows normal pressure to expand it, I know the penis is not a muscle but the valves for opening and closing would be. If these muscles are not in any way impeding the flow of blood in, and you can maximize the normal erection process beyond what it had really been designed to do. Remember that the normal erection is a planned event in the body, and what if this maximizes the total volume going in without regard for the regulated amount that would normally constitute a normal erection for that person. Basically fooling the body into doing way more than it was designed to do instead of using outside force to accomplish the same thing.

Whatever, I might just be thinking out of my ass but I still haven’t quite figured it out. thats the best I can come up with. This probably doesn’t answer your question at all unfortunately but I will pass on whatever I learn over the next little while. I have no problem passing on info but I’m still not quite getting it myself.

Well, an erection is actually based on RELAXING the smooth muscle making up the penis (along with ligs of different kinds, etc.).
On a sidenote, I got lymph buildup in my dick from plain ballooning yesterday ;)

How do you explain the fact that you got better ballooning effects when you quit caffeine ?

I can’t, it just feels this way.

edit: I just happened to stop taking caffeine from any source and noticed easier ballooning in particular and plain old erections of steel in general ;)

When you are doing the “pucker” or reverse Kegal part of this do you hold that as long as you can or do you do it for a couple of seconds then release it then do it again over and over?

Something that helped me was to tense my buttocks (yes, buttocks), and kind of thrust upward while ballooning, but that would bring me closer to orgasm, which in turn would lead to more engorgement, which in turn would…

Side note: I saw something about ballooning on the Spanish threads, so I checked it out and they had me quoted! Haha, I don’t know why I enjoyed that as much as I did, but when they translated my advice into Spanish, I was giddy.

Kazoo, over time have you developed greater strength with this? After a couple of days I had to take a day off, because I could not get as much pressure. Is this like any other muscle system, the more you exercise the stronger it becomes?

Also did you find that both length and girth gains came at the same ratio, or did it hit one more than the other. I am sure that this is pretty specific to each person, but my curiosity is getting the better of me.

Have you tried this with a penis ring?

Sorry about all of the questions but these are things that are popping up as I get more confortable with this system of PE, I have to thank you because I already have noticed gains and everything I have done is based on this thread.

Hmm, length, primarily, over girth (wish it was the other way around, but…)

I think if I didn’t get as much pressure I was either
A) Over Doing it, or
B) Not in good health.

If you think about it, your body is giving you a boner that you’ve never had before in your life, you gotta figure that will take SOME sort of toll - exactly what, I have no idea, but if it’s just not working that day, take the day off, maybe two, and come back at it completely refocused.

Never tried with a ring, maybe I’ll try while I’m clamping tomorrow.

I thought all you did for PE was ballooning. How do you incorporate clamping with the ballooning?

When I first started ballooning, I saw some immediate gains of about 1/2” EL. However, since I had only returned to the newbie PE routine about two weeks earlier, I wasn’t sure if it was the ballooning or the newbie routine.

Also, do you continue to see gains from ballooning despite how long you’ve been doing it. Also, how long have you been ballooning?

To reiterate, I got my length gains from ballooning only - girth is another story.

I started ballooning… four years ago? Something like that. I got my gains pretty quick, and I really feel like my ball-sack/penis skin was the ultimate limiting factor; when I’m completely ballooned, my ball-sack pulls up so tight, and the slack on my penis skin is nil, so there’s just no way for it to stretch anymore, though I do get an awesome upward curve.

Nowadays, when I balloon, I get about 1/4-1/2” gain that subsides by about the next day. Man, I remember doing my ex with that ballooned dick, she was like, “what happened here?” She knew about my PE so I guess she thought I was being really diligent to the routine. Needless to say, she liked it quite a lot.

Have you ever tried integrating the newbie routine with ballooning? It would seem to me that the newbie routine would really prep the tissue in the shaft for the expansion that results from the ballooning.

Hmm, can’t say that I’ve integrated them per say, but I was ballooning while I was on the newbie routine, don’t know if it made any difference though.

I just tried ballooning clamped, and though it’s too early to say, the results seem to be very good. I’ll let you all know how it goes when I get there.

I’d be very interested in knowing how well that works. Yes, please let us know. How do you keep pressure on your shaft at that notch with the clamp in the way? Also, how much time do you spend doing it?

From what I understand you definitely want to do the reverse kegeling thing, so I don’t see how the puckering comes into it. To me, puckering your anus would be more like when do you a regular kegel… so I don’t understand how you reverse kegel and pucker at the same time. Should I just forget about the puckering thing and do reverse kegels?

I can never get the clamp all-the-all-the way down, so I can still rub that spot perfectly - preliminary report, erections are extremely hard when I do this, it feels pretty awesome.

Mick, I don’t know about the other guys, but what I do is just a very light… hmm, flinch? Think of it as a reaction to the pressure in your dick, like there was too much energy to be kept in the front, so some of it had to travel backwards and it’s making your asshole flutter a bit.

Ha, also, try thinking of it as just above your anus, to the back, and focus your mind there when pulling LIGHTLY on that area. Once again, I’m sure other’s take a different approach to this, so hopefully they’ll weigh in too.
