Anyone still clamping and gaining ?

When I first joined this place clamping was easily the most popular girth method here and on all the other forums, these days you hardly see it mentioned.
I think some of that is due to the pushing of the Bathmate on the other forums but that’s a different issue.

Anyone here still clamping successfully ?

What kind of routine and results ?

I just started clamping less than 2 weeks ago, so it’s too early to know if it’s working or not. I have noticed a little improvement to my EQ, so that’s a plus. I’m just doing 1 on 1 off for 5-6 minutes. I accidentally went for 8 minutes the other day, was reading something and didn’t realize the time. Had quite a few tiny red spots so I knew I did too much, but it seems fine now, so I’ll probably do a session today.

I’ve clamped for 2 weeks a few weeks ago and I will again next week. It gave me some off the charts EQ, which is an advantage on its own. In addition to that my base girth seems to have increased by about 2 mm from just those 2 weeks with a week’s rest in between. 8-10 minutes of clamped edging 2 on 1 off with over 10 minutes warmup and 12-15 sets of 30 second firegoat rolls afterwards. Everything under the IR lamp.

So yeah I’m pretty content with clamping and I’ll continue use the method as selective decon between my length work (which is currently my primary objective). What I do is 5 or 6 weeks of length work, then 1 week of girth, 1 week off, 1 week of girth repeat. That way I figured I have a 3 week decon from length work.


Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

Oct 20th: 185 mm BPEL (7.28") 136 mm MEG (5.35")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I only clamp around every 6 to 12 weeks. So I’ll do it for up to two months then quit for around 2 to 3 months. It’s coming up again and I’m eager to actually give Monty’s Air Clamp a try (sounds more like the Extreme ULI than clamping when applied but still very curious) and see if I can preserve the effectiveness of clamping.

I tend to believe clamping with just a set or two at 10 minutes 2 or 3 nonconsecutive days a week is most efficient but that the stress works so quickly that you either condition to it soon or get hurt if you’re going high pressure. So I do it less often so the results when I do are more spectacular.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

I’ve tried the air clamp in the past but didn’t get on with it, found the pressure was spread over too large an area, couldn’t get it to lock in like a cable clamp.
I’m using modified camco clamps now which are my favourite clamp so far.

Have to agree clamping seems to be best used less frequently, I’m only doing 10mins everyday or so and my base has increased a bit.
Warming up with heat and jelqing seems essential.

I tried clamping under IR heat but didn’t measure any better expansion just got more fluid build up.

I’m not picturing your issue with the air clamp. Did you go soft due to the pressure? Uncomfortable? I’m highly interested and would hate to not be fully aware of any pitfalls.

Was going to try and rig the IR lamp next time I clamped. I’ll try it but prepared for disappointment.

I clamp about 4-5 times a week just for 1 set of 10mins.I have not measured in a while but I certainly feel like I am still gaining.

I’ve been clamping for 5 month, i haven’t measured lately but i can see some expansion an bigger girth at the base. I have baseball bat dick and i can see it more cylindrical now so i guess it’s working.

I warmup with a rice sock, jelq for 10 minutes then clamp 1 set of 10 minutes then jelqs 5 minutes more.

Schedule 2 on 1 off. I do it when i wake up because my morning wood doesn’t let me stretch.

I’m still working on the newbie routine myself, but plan on clamping down the line (I bought one and tried it out one night for 5 minutes). I’m more concerned with girth, but from most others, once you get girth, length is harder to gain. So I’m going to do the newbie routine and a lot of manual stretching first, at least until I get up to my goal of 7.5 BPEL. I might also follow CrusherBrooks and do the spaced out PE.

The air clamp is quite wide and inflates like an innertube which I found just didn’t put enough focused pressure where I needed it, it is very comfortable and easy to use though and some guys swear by it, worth trying.

Most folks only doing one 10min set !

Clamping=Best girth gainz for me.

Clamping is the single best girth gainer for me. After a year and a half of pumping I stalled out. I gained a quarter inch mid shaft in 2 months. Then added wet jelqs in between sets and got a total on 5/16 in 3 months. I would jelq 100 reps then do a 5 to 10 min set with 3 clamps in a row at the base. I add them as I lose wood to keep the pressure at a specific point. I stop when the color gets dark. Then I do another 100 jelqs and then another set with the 3 clamps. I’m going to use 5 clamps to get the taper at the end more uniform because my base is 6 and 1/16 now and the mid is 5 and 5/16. Love this shit.

I was clamping with the usual device, the cable clamp, but wasn’t able to hold the erection for much longer, even under the presence of edging and kegels.

Switched to hand clamping (squeezes) and everything is flawless now. But lately I’m just for the fun, put my rulers out for a while and doing lots of experimenting. Hoping for some success to share in the future.
