Share your clamping knowledge & A Girth Gaining Theory

I’ve been doing PE for over 3 years and gained minimal girth. I’ve done clamping on and off and this year have been pretty consistent especially the last 4 months yet I am not gaining. I’m thinking I will do as much clamping everyday as I can stand to stay in an enlarged state as much as possible.
I have a theory in terms of gaining girth. There are two types of people;
-The ones who are able to PE to get perfect EQ. Whilst clamping they expand beyond this further. Their normal erections are expanded to their limits and when they naturally occur in sleep this helps to sustain the enlarged state that clamping has produced. These are the less is more type people. If they did a bit more clamping then their EQ may decrease thus their normal erections won’t be powerful enough to slowly push their unit to the limits they experienced in clamping. So they need the breaks to stay in top form helping growth.
-Then people like myself who naturally don’t have the best EQ, maybe a 7-8 and very rarely experiencing things up to a 10. I have quite a soft glans aswell when fully erect. I notice as soon as I put the clamp on I’m automatically up 0.25 inches and that’s before virtually any expansion has taken place. I feel if I had a 10/10 EQ without a clamp I’d have that 1/4 of an inch added with just normally. So anyway whilst clamping unless I’m super horny it takes a fair bit of work to get good expansion. Maybe 3 sets in a row to start to feel the difference. Now if I’m only doing this once a day then taking a day off like ‘group 1’ may do. Then in that time off their is nothing helping to boost my girth to it’s limits since the normal erection can’t do it. All this group can do is clamp as much as possible, even if you’re doing it whilst semi soft and it’s beyond it’s normal limit. This should be good. Then in time you’ll heal in the extended state.
Obviously out of these two choices presume you’re of the first group and try. It’s the better situation to be apart of. I’d say it’s more healthy, better for your dick, less discolouration and less chance of injury. There could be things you can do to push yourself into that group. Such as quit ejaculation for good periods of around 7-10 days. Then ‘release’ and repeat for maximum testosterone levels. (I’m not 100% sure on this and it can differ for each person). Plus you could taken supplements.
Personally in a vague way the two could be represented by Drilla as group one type and Girtha the second. Both can have good success.
