I’ve been doing PE for over 3 years and gained minimal girth. I’ve done clamping on and off and this year have been pretty consistent especially the last 4 months yet I am not gaining. I’m thinking I will do as much clamping everyday as I can stand to stay in an enlarged state as much as possible.

I have a theory in terms of gaining girth. There are two types of people;
-The ones who are able to PE to get perfect EQ. Whilst clamping they expand beyond this further. Their normal erections are expanded to their limits and when they naturally occur in sleep this helps to sustain the enlarged state that clamping has produced. These are the less is more type people. If they did a bit more clamping then their EQ may decrease thus their normal erections won’t be powerful enough to slowly push their unit to the limits they experienced in clamping. So they need the breaks to stay in top form helping growth.

-Then people like myself who naturally don’t have the best EQ, maybe a 7-8 and very rarely experiencing things up to a 10. I have quite a soft glans aswell when fully erect. I notice as soon as I put the clamp on I’m automatically up 0.25 inches and that’s before virtually any expansion has taken place. I feel if I had a 10/10 EQ without a clamp I’d have that 1/4 of an inch added with just normally. So anyway whilst clamping unless I’m super horny it takes a fair bit of work to get good expansion. Maybe 3 sets in a row to start to feel the difference. Now if I’m only doing this once a day then taking a day off like ‘group 1’ may do. Then in that time off their is nothing helping to boost my girth to it’s limits since the normal erection can’t do it. All this group can do is clamp as much as possible, even if you’re doing it whilst semi soft and it’s beyond it’s normal limit. This should be good. Then in time you’ll heal in the extended state.

Obviously out of these two choices presume you’re of the first group and try. It’s the better situation to be apart of. I’d say it’s more healthy, better for your dick, less discolouration and less chance of injury. There could be things you can do to push yourself into that group. Such as quit ejaculation for good periods of around 7-10 days. Then ‘release’ and repeat for maximum testosterone levels. (I’m not 100% sure on this and it can differ for each person). Plus you could taken supplements.

Personally in a vague way the two could be represented by Drilla as group one type and Girtha the second. Both can have good success.

I would like to hear opinions on this theory. Then just continue to chat about clamping and share information etc.

It’s tough to maintain a good erection when clamping unless you’re constantly pumping more blood in. What I notice is that once the clamp is on if you push it further back toward your fat pad the penis will balloon out and give you a little more expansion and a really hard unit. The only problem with that is that the clamp for has a tendency to start to slide forward again. Therefore unless you are on top of it pushing it back and kegelling whilst doing so to push the blood forward you will get the softer spongier clamped penis. I also notice that if i just leave clamped and forget about it like Girtha I get a lot more discoloration than if I actually keep an erection. I know it sounds counter intuitive but I think that since I’m stroking it to keep it hard then perhaps the movement is preventing capillaries from bursting.

I will have a lot to contribute as I have been PEing for girth for about 2 years and gained minimally as well.

I don’t have enough clamping experience to draw any specific conclusions, but I have a few words to say because I experimented for a few months.

My starting girth is 12.5 cm and the highest it ever got was 13.1 or 13.2 cm (most of that is now lost, probably thanks to stopping cold turkey). I attribute those gains to clamping because jelqing gave me close to no girth.

I tried less is more approach (3x10 minutes) and more is more approach (4x15 minutes) and from what I recall, less is more works better because it gives much stronger erections when not clamping. Doing too much simply ruins your EQ. However, I can’t say how this affects girth gains in the long run.

When I start doing girth work again, I’ll probably start off with 5 minute sets and some pumping. It’s easier to do less and increase if you don’t gain than do more and be forced to do do even more or decondition to start gaining again.

I have been doing pe for a few months now and just started some light clamping. Warmup then five minutes on two off for three sets then warm down. I know it may be a bit early to clamp but I am going slowly and not clamping too tight and not for too long. I also bought a pump and will start that next week. Anyone here have a good routine for incorporating both or should I stick with one or the other?

On 6/15/12 NBPEL=6", BPEL=6.5" EG=4.75", BPFSL=6.75"

Goal NBPEL=7", EG=5.5"

I used to clamp over a year ago but in hindsight was really not doing it effectively. I would essentially get near an erection, put one clamp on (over a wrist sweat band) and then leave it on. My erection would die pretty quickly and then I would leave it on for 15 minutes or more for maybe two sets. Of course, minimal blood was in the penis at this stage.

As I have decided to take on a new program that is a daily extender (up to 6 hours a day, but been averaging closer to 3) and my clamping every other day. Here is what I do now:

A) I do 4 to 5 sets every other day, each lasting about 8 or 9 minutes. In some cases I even split the sets up if time is screwy. Like three in the morning and two at night, etc.

B) I clamp once I get a semi descent erection BUT continue to stroke my penis once the clamp is on good and tight. This has really abled my penis to fill up with blood into some skin splitting erections. I will usually do this for about 6 or 7 minutes and then the last 3 or four minutes I slap on another clamp just below the glans fairly tight as well. This will keep it in a fairly “erect” state the last couple minutes as I am obviously not stroking it any longer with both clamps.

That’s pretty much it. I have been doing it fairly consistently now for several months (today is a clamp day actually) and did have a few nice experiences with my girlfriends that may tie into using this “program”.

1) my main (and probably soon to become my only) girlfriend and I were having sex and when I pulled out (our method) once my penis was in my hand, it felt thicker than I had ever felt it before. So much so I actually at that moment said it to her. She looked at me and said “funny as I was going to say to you while you were doing it you felt larger”.

2) last night while going in, she winced and said “We got to start having sex more. That thing is killing me going in”.

3) a new girl I slept with about two weeks ago (yes, I have about 3 or 4 at the moment) asked before we did it; “You need a Magnum condom, right?” Now, I thought that was a sweet thing to say to a guy but then when she pulled it out and we put it on.. It felt pretty good. :-)

None of this is scientific of course but unique experiences that I think may tie into the clamping. My penis has been feeling thicker even in the flaccid state to me the last month as well so possibly some new growth has taken place. I don’t seem to be getting any new length as of yet from the extender, but am not really measuring that much. Also, I unfortunately don’t hold the 10 erections any more so measuring can be a bit of a chore and not exact.

But, I am happy with the current clamping routine and will keep it up as I have a “feeling” I am getting somewhere. May pull out my 12 year old Kaplan penis pump as well and start doing that a few times a week again too.

Did you measure your gains SquidLips? Or do you know your girth right know?

Start 08/01/2013: BPEL 6.50 EG 5.70

Well, my gains from a dozen years ago (from weights and jelq mainly as not sure the pumping was done consistently enough) were noticeable mainly in the length department, but were certainly there. I went from a bone pressed 6.75 to about 7.25. The girth changed a little but I always had trouble staying on top of that measuring, but is now around 5.25 and maybe a tad more. I am going to measure again in about a month or so to see if the every other day clamping is working. My extender band (for the loop) just snapped on me last night so am going to have to resort to manual stretching for a week or so until I can order a new one or find some home depot kind of replacement. I really want to see how LONG hours of an ADS work over many months so hoping to get that back up and running.

I went back to a jelq and weight routine several years ago for about 7 months but seemed to absolutely make no change so stopped cold. Now, I’m giving it another go with some new approach so we will see. The recent stories related above were encouraging (my girlfriend last night actually stopped sex because it was feeling too tight. May be something else, but I can dream.) and I will give the clamping and ADS through the year.

I’ve had luck with the 1 on 1 off with the Airclamp. Actually, my real gains (recent) came from adding squeezes halfway through a set. I gained a solid .25 in 1 month. I just started again because I needed to see if the .25 was a fluke. After 5 weeks, it was still there. I might try to find more info on squeezing below the glands while clamped. 4 sets seemed to be my magic number. Tried for 5 at one point and saw a reduction in flaccid growth. With 4 sets, I was starting to hang longer and fuller throughout the day. Can you give any extra info on the pressure you use while squeezing below the glands?

I never thought I’d see the day where watching porn and playing with my cock would become a chore. I’m so not motivated but I know I want a thicker cock and if I stop now all the clamping I’ve done thus far would be put to waste just as I’m getting on the verge of what seems like a small gain.

Yes, clamping tends to become tedious and it desensitizes you. Watching porn ever day for 30-60 minutes is not something I’d gladly do.

Excellent way of putting it. I’m definitely a less is more kind of guy. 10 minutes of clamping maybe 3 times a week, 5 times max and I get red spots easily.
I have a high EQ also. I’m 8x6 inches

Here is what I currently do:
5-10 minutes warm wrap, a minute or two stretching (until I get some good blood flow) then I jelq for a few minutes then I clamp with a hose clamp for 10 minutes (no more than 15) then 10 minutes warm wrap/massage.

During the first warm wrap I’m loading a 20-30 minute video of porn and playing it throughout the whole session (keeps my erection hard and helps getter blood flow) I edge the whole time I’m clamping with the hose clamp as right as possible (tightening it a little more periodically) I keep a full 100% (maybe even 105%) erection during clamping.

It is awful to see guys like up to 7 and audi get no gains from jelqing. Is jelqing worth it?

I clamped for a while and got collossal expansion and blood vessel dialation and seeing my dick that big was a rush, but it killed my EQ so I packed it in.

My girth seems to just follow naturally from my length work.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

If your after some significant girth gains, try this: I like, a-unit, found that girth came with my length gains but only after I started using fulcrums from 6 different hanging angles.

The real trick to getting girth growth by itself is to clamp as often as possible, and I recommend 12 hour intervals if possible. If your not getting any expansion even after multiple sets, then the thing to do is apply Wantsmore’s fulcrums prior to clamping. They will definitely get things moving.
