Alternating Days of Hanging & Jelqing?

Anyone ever done this? Hanging and jelqing every other day?

I am thinking it may work to give ligs a rest, etc.


IMO, the best idea is to stick to one technique and concentrate on that, because then you are targeting the same area every session, if you alternate exercises then you are hitting different tissues and they will heal more during the time they are not being worked. So if you do the same exercise every day they won’t heal as quickly and you won’t have to re-stretch parts that have healed over.
