Should I take rest days while hanging
I recently received my bib starter and have started a hanging routine. From reading the posts on this site I am not sure whether to take rest days or to hang everyday. The way I understand it is that you make gains well hanging in a fatigued state and that you do not want to let the damage caused from hanging heal completely. If you take 2 days off a week wouldn’t that heal all the damage caused and make any future gains that much harder? Should you hang everyday as long as you can hang atleast half of your max weight, or take off two days a week gegardless of how you feel?
