Sure go ahead, rip your dick off.
My goal is not a dysfunctional humongous dick but a functional big one.
Your route might -emphasis on might- work, but it very dangerous.
You gotto be very careful about these things.
A little bit too much -if you are at the edge of intensity you can barely handle- and you can wink your dick bye bye.

And please don’t use DLD as reference. Look him up here, he has been exposed as a charlatan..
Just saying!
Even if he is legit, statistics disprove his statement that the next inch easier than the first.
If that was the case, than we would have more people that gain up to 2 than up to 1.
Which is not the case if you look at the statistics thread!

Be very careful! You only got 1 dick bro!
And stop being so disrespectful towards members that have years of experience, who have invested lots of time and probably do know tons more than you!

Of course genetics play a role. That’s true of literally every single thing involving the human body. No amount of hard work will turn a man with an IQ of 90 into a theoretical physicist. A man with a low percentage of fast-twitch muscle fibers will never become a world-class sprinter no matter how hard he trains. Hard work only maximizes one’s innate potential.

Began Penis Enlargement in August 2016. My immediate goal is 6.25 x 4.75.

Starting health information: Age 46, Weight 225 lbs, Aerobic fitness poor, Muscular fitness poor.

Starting penis information: BPEL = 5.625, EG mid-shaft = 4.375, NonBPFL = 2.25, FG = 3.5

Laszlo Polgar wrote a book called Bringing up Genuis where he discusses how to increase your child’s intelligence.

Considering two of his daughters are chess grandmasters, he might be onto something.

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

Sorry for telling the truth, and I respect all of you that’s why my routine is so complex. It takes time, consistency. Don’t conform too much it won’t get you far, maybe I’m lucky. I push my limits everytime I PE, trust me it’s all about time and pressure nothing special. I tried PE a while back and I wasn’t really seeing gains just better EQ. I gathered what it really takes and wanted to record it on the forum, I mean no disrespect. It’s just hard to see guys in the game for YEARS and barely gain. That’s crazy. It’s completely possible to gain 2-3in in a year safely. News flash *** No pain no gain.

I hear you, but wife and me make love daily, it’s a major part of our life, our kingdom. One injury and I have seriously just put a big dent in our world.

I’ll stay with slow gains and play it safe.

That’s just what is right for me.

No pain no gain? Sounds like you’re willing to gain at any cost. If size is your only goal (not aesthetics or functionality) and you want to stick to the no pain no gain philosophy, then look up a member named BaddJack. His routine might work for you.

Do what works for you. The way you type is suspicious, but if you are gaining as you say, keep at it.

Problem solving with fire.

I think it’s so cool that we are all gaining though and yes do what works for you. My storry a little different where I need the gains, not just want them. I don’t care about ego, I just want to be big enough so I can find a girl I really like. It sucks but I had to find out the hard way, size does matter.

I think, being on a PE forum, we all agree size matters. My thing is…I’ve been at it a long time because I don’t rush it. Fast gains from hard routines have drawbacks, some of which are downright dangerous. Everyone physically cannot handle that level of strain. I speak from both experience and observation of guys who have catastrophically injured themselves going too hard, too fast, too early.

I truly wish for the best for you. That’s real, because I know what finding out size matters can mean. Humiliation and shame are great motivators. But what most of us here agree on is that pain is a poor choice for a PE routine. And it offers a degree of concern because even if you can handle the fast and hard style routine…a lot of the people you recommend it to may not and if they get hurt they have pretty much no recourse if something does go wrong. I personally just believe if it isn’t safe, it’s not worth doing. All PE carries risk but some of it isn’t worth the return. And I wouldn’t recommend anything I personally think is too dangerous for some people to anyone. That way, any advice I give is good for everyone.

I have been a similar place where you are, needing the gains and feeling like they’re key to getting the girl I want. It makes the risk seem reasonable. But I’ve been hurt more than once doing PE trying to go fast and hard and reach goals faster. So I urge caution and that’s what most of us are saying. Everyone can’t keep up, it’s unreasonable and unfair to everyone not to grant them the right to their own pace. That’s the main message here at Thunders. PE and do you. It isn’t how fast we get there. Just how well we achieve the goals we set and how intact we are at the end.

So I do wish you the best. That’s real. Just be careful recommending your routine to others. You said it yourself, it’s intense by design. Everyone simply can’t handle that. Respect that, that’s all we ask.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

It’s post like this that puts my obsession on control and give me my sanity back.

We can’t expect our bodies to change over night and if we force them just a little over the edge the outcome could be worst that not gaining at all.

When in despair talk to these guys they will give you new hope and great advise.

Thanks man.

Been there, done that, spent around $8,000 and my Tshirt is still on backorder.

The obsession is harsh, dangerous and easy to fall prey to. The difference between discipline and devotion versus obsession and compulsion is slim.

Ultimately you decide how you walk that line. But we are here to help, a lot of us know what it’s like. Healthy gaining is in both mind and body.

You’re welcome.

PE is not crossfit.

The no pain no gain rule doesn’t apply here IMO.

Steady and slow that is my moto.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’ve only been at this two weeks. Of course I want gains NOW. These last few replies are very encouraging to me. Thank you. [Deep breath.]

Thanks for the advice. I’m really thankful. I’ll be safe I love my dick honestly lol. Can you guys add me as friends? Yes, I was humiliated and it has fueled my fire. I was only 6.35nbpel when I was embarrassed and 2 months later I’m 7.5nbpel, I’m trying to get to eight. Are there any solid Manual routines y’all have in mind.
