Horse 440 Squeezes

How long did you guys rest after an intense 440 session? One day on, one off? 2 on 1 off? Or 1 on 2 off?

Assuming all you are going for is mainly girth.

This thread is amazing.

Horse squeezes are great for girth. I’ve done them in the past and experienced girth gains.

However, they are very, very intense exercises. You must be properly conditioned in order to even consider doing these on a regular basis.

I was about 2 and a half years into doing PE when I first started doing these. Did them regularly last summer for a couple of months. And although I did experience some notable girth gains, I also experienced some bruising, and of more concern, a thrombosed vein.

I took almost six weeks off as a result. The bruising is finally starting to slowly disappear, some 9 months later, and the thrombosed vein has also healed, thankfully.

I haven’t done this exercise since then, but luckily for me I’m happy with my current girth and working now on maintaining EQ and adding some length.

Bottom line: this is a terrific girth exercise but you must slowly ease into it and be careful along the way.

Wow, ok, a thrombosed vein sounds pretty intense! I’m going to add this into my routine once I plateau, to hopefully increase girth. Great info on easing into it slowly as an exercise. Don’t know if I can keep my hands off myself though.. ;-)

Slight Horse440 Modification

I have modified this a bit to save wear and tear on the glans. I just use an OK grip with the top hand just below the glans. With this you can meter the pressure without irritating the glans and frenulum. I only use enough pressure to feel a nice expansion and don’t go hard enough to cause any spots or discoloration.

That’s a regular squeeze.


Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

I went from 4.75” girth to 5.5” girth without this ridiculous workout. I just used Swole Cream. It took about 4 or 5 weeks. 7 months of risky squeezes is nuts.

Horse 440 Technique Question

Hi Guys:

I’ve read the entire thread and have tried these. I have been doing PE for about a year on and off now so I feel I can handle these.

Is the idea to (a) force blood out of the head and into the shaft AND (b) cause some lengthwise compression, thereby temporarily reducing the length a bit, which will result in further sideways expansion of the shaft with all the trapped blood?

When I apply the very small OK sign at the top of the head and move it down I get blood leaving the head of course, but because I am applying downward (towards to shaft) pressure I am also seeing a lengthwise compression of the shaft.

Is this the intent? Blood from the head into the shaft PLUS temporarily less shaft length, thereby forcing even more sideways expansion?
