Hi Guys,

I have been PEing for a while. I am almost at 7 NBP and at 5.5EG.

My question is pertaining to erection quality during Jelqing. I am doing about 150-200 Jelqs per day (or when I don’t have other engagements). But it takes 15 sets. As it takes approximately 15 sets of 10-15 reps because my EQ drops quickly.

I have been performing kegels for a while.

How could I improve the number jelqs I perform before EQ drops.

I have a very firm grip when performing Jelqs. I feel I get better results and I haven’t ever had any problems.

Any suggestions to increase my Jelqing performance? Would love to get to the 30 rep range per set.

Also what is the number of Reps you perform per Set?

You shouldn’t be erect when jelqing, simply engorged. Your penis should be quite flexible still while being filled with blood. Also be careful with a strong grip that might be causing issues. Try lightening up your grip and see if it helps.

Thanks for your advice. I am not fully erect when jelqing, my apologies if it came across that way. I start the set at about 80%. I thought about lightening the grip. Though it has become a habit. I will spend a couple of sessions to see if I get the same results.

If I could double my rep range pet set I would my session time down by a third. Which is very appealing, as I am very time poor.

Are you aroused when jelqing? I find that being aroused is counter productive to jelqing because it makes the shaft harder. Instead I kegel blood into my penis before every jelq rep until I achieve a proper engorgement level. The difference between being engorged and being erect is how hard the shaft is. 80% engorgement is as long and thick as 80% erect but it still remains flexible like a flaccid penis. Be sure to hold your kegel during the rep to prevent blood being squeezed out of your penis. This is another way that too tight of a grip my negatively effect your workout.
