Your Number Of Jelqs Before Subsiding Erection Level
I have been PEing for a while. I am almost at 7 NBP and at 5.5EG.
My question is pertaining to erection quality during Jelqing. I am doing about 150-200 Jelqs per day (or when I don’t have other engagements). But it takes 15 sets. As it takes approximately 15 sets of 10-15 reps because my EQ drops quickly.
I have been performing kegels for a while.
How could I improve the number jelqs I perform before EQ drops.
I have a very firm grip when performing Jelqs. I feel I get better results and I haven’t ever had any problems.
Any suggestions to increase my Jelqing performance? Would love to get to the 30 rep range per set.
Also what is the number of Reps you perform per Set?
