If you want to split a routine up, do your jelqing and stretching at different times. You need recovery time after jelqing so doing it twice a day is not good. You can stretch twice a day if you are not stretching hard, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.

I’m just a newbie and I’m right now im drunk but firefoat is one of the best advisors to follow and pretty much unbiased. I’d do the same anyways….
When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I don’t think the result would be quicker by jelqing twice daily. In part of my routine I do 90 wet jelqs then break with 3 x 1 min stretches followed by a further 90 jelqs and seems to be working for me.

I do 3 sets of 30sec stretches in all direction up,down,left,right and about 200 jelqs. And some slow squash jelqs for girth
