If I only do PE maybe once or twice a week? I don’t have the best opportunities to do it and get about 1 or 2 (if I’m lucky) PE sessions a week. Will I still be able to gain from PE?

Look into an ADS if you’re having time constraints. 1 or 2 times a week won’t do much for you, even if you’re a newbie. I’m sure you have 5 mins or so when going to the washroom that you can use for a few stretches. Also, if you commute to work/school/whatever, you can do kegels while travelling. PE is very flexible.

You mention ‘best opportunities’. Is it a time, privacy or some other issue that’s keeping you from doing PE? If it’s a time issue, maybe you can try getting up a half-hour or so earlier or stay up later. You should keep track of what you do over a week’s time and see where you have some free time. I’m sure you can find a half-hour or so 4-5 days a week. Just think of the time you’re spending right now online. You can even break up your sessions to 15 minutes in the morning, 15 at night.

It might be best for you to hold off on PE until your situation changes so you can devote more time to it. When you do it so infrequently, you may have a tendency to try and compensate by over doing it in the intensity department and just hurting yourself more then you are helping yourself. At once or twice a week, you are never really able to condition your cock to the rigors of PE.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I was more concerned with warming up because I can do it while taking a crap (usually takes me a good 15-20 min :) ) but the issue of warming up is of concern. I’ve read that it’s not good to do PE without warming up first and so I can’t exactly do it while doing my business in the bathroom. I usually warm up with a towel and going back and forth to the sink and etc isn’t too good of an idea while I’m losing a few pounds (if you know what I mean).

You should try using a rice sock to warm up. All you have to do is take a one of your old socks, fill it up with some rice and stick it in the microwave for a minute to a minute and half. Its retains heat better than most any other warm up device and you certainly can wrap it around your dick while taking a crap (without having to move around to keep your towel hot). Try it, they work fantastic.


There are plenty of guys who have safely made gains without any warm-ups. As long as you are very gentle at first, and build up the intensity of your exercises slowly, you are unlikely to injure yourself with the kind of minimal-time program it sounds like you’ll be able to do.

No warm up here anymore. I don’t very light stretches (and I mean very light) and a massage as a warm up. Works well for me. Just make sure it is loose and plyable before the more intense exercises. Of course this doesn’t work for everyone so make sure you don’t hurt yourself. Some guys do need a good warm up and you may be one of them. But in my opinion, PEing with no warm up is better than no PEing at all. You just have to be more careful. Have I said that enough BE CAREFUL
