Will it be like starting over?

Will it be like starting over?

I started PE in the summer (technically, I was doing it on and off for a couple years; never got beyond about 3 months) and I stopped for about a month now. If I were to continue, would it be like starting over altogether? I know growth happens based on cumulative effect, so does stopping for a month or so make it all go away, so it’s like you never did it before? Or would it not make any sense to start again because like.. Stopping it prevents any further progress or anything like that?

I want to continue again and I’ve been going over the challenges that made me stop. I think I might be able to overcome them this time. So, I’d like to have some idea.

It will be a good idea to start up with the Newbie Routine, but if you lost any gains from the month break, they’ll most likely come back.very quickly. A lot of us have actually benefited and grown from taking a break.
