Why does NBP measurements fluctuate?

In my personal experience because you are not measuring from a fixed point like when you measure BP.

The fat pad tends to increase and decrease in size as you gain and loose weight. Your pelvic bone remains in the same place regardless of outside influences. The metal wheels on your car are always the same diameter whereas the mounted tires can change diameter depending on how hot or cold they are or how much air you put in or let out.

Plus , erection are simple NOT always the same.

You can have one that you could hammer a nail with one day , the next a bit softer and short version of that same hammer.

I like to call them ‘superboners’ (tm).

“Superboner” , nice !!! , sometimes those rock hard erections can become a weapon ,, for me anyway (*_#)

Being that I’m not perfectly strait , a deep slam could cause a little pain.
