Hi everyone im just curious who here has gained in girth doing manual excersises.

I have gained over a half inch in girth in about two years from basic stretches, dry jelqs, orange bends, and horse squeezes. I’ve never done anything other than manual exercises.

Coming up on a year. 1/2” length 1/4” girth. (:

4/16 BPEL 7.2 MSEG 6.0

1/17 BPEL 7.75 MSEG ~6.2 BEG 6.75

I have gained

Start: BPEL 6.0, MEG 4.5"

Now: BPEL 7.125", MEG 5.0"

Started recently, gained a bit. I try to even out my width in a first time, so far the squeezes seem to work.

Before : Bpel 5.6"

Now : Bpel 6.7"

I’ve made gains.

7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I already gained 0.2 in about 56 days.

First I gained about 0.3 but it decreased because I started jelqing at lower erection level to target length.

I have observed that I’m an easy girth gainer.

I have gained with stretches and jelqs. Been at it for a few months, saw most of the girth gains within the first 1.5 months.
