Hello all,

I must say that the level and quality and information found in this site is top notch! Thanks everyone for making this site the best place to get your PE information. Now, there are some drawbacks to this however… It means that to get specific information, one must do research (sometimes quite a bit of searching) before they are able to find what they are looking for. The purpose of this poll is to just get everyone’s response as to what they found most helpful in their PE experience.

I know some of us preach pumping, some hanging, some jelqing but the majority do a whole lot of everything. The question for the Vets and people who have gained from PE is this… Out of all the techniques, which one did you find most helpful? which one technique would you say was most effective?

I know that most here do combinations so you can rank each technique using a percentage (percentage or weight given to the technique for effectiveness). For example:



Routine that has gained me 1.5 in length, 1 inch girth

1. Jelq - 30%
2. Hanging - 45%
3. Stretching - 20%
4. Pumping - 5%



Once we have enough information, I will tally up the results and present the information.

Hmm, I’m still a little new here myself so I’m no expert, but I think the issue may be a little more complex than that. For example, if I jelq and pump for a year, how would I know what percentage of gains came from one or the other? How would I know? I wouldn’t probably. I could take a guess, but is that really going to mean anything? Another thing is that there may be a effect from the combination of them both, or from three things if my routine includes three things. So maybe people really cannot answer it, or maybe the question needs to be framed differently.

50%: jelquing
30%: hanging
20%: Manual stretching

Now have switched to purely clamped squeezes to go for girth.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

50% jelqing 50% stretching. Made great gains from a combination of both.

T o Electron’s question, what Im asking for is a feel as to what you routines you have done that you feel has given you the most gains. For example, if you feel that you can attribute 100% of your gains from jelqing but you have hanged and stretched then put it down.

242 views and only 11 replies.. 8 actually discounting 3 post of mine… either vets are too lazy to share their routine or there are many who simply don’t gain so they don’t post. Im opting for the former. Come on Gainers and Vets!!! Chime in on your routine! I know you are out there…

To those who have contributed.. many thanks! I think it is revealing that horsehung who by his admission only did jelqs and stretch was able to make good gains. This might prove to be useful information for noobs who think they have to hang or buy a pump right away. Im definately encouraged by the information provided by these good people so far.

Point1,

I went from 7.75” (an estimate) to 10.50” BPEL in four months, 6” base girth to 7.50” base girth, 5” midshaft and glans to 6.25” midshaft and glans during the same time period. My flaccid hang went from 4.50” to between 7.50” and 8.00” with a base girth of 6”.

I cut back to just a maintenance stretch routine for the next four months, then a heavy stretch routine for the following two months. I did virtually no jelqing during this period.

I then laid off completely for the next two months (deconditioning). I lost an inch in BPEL and a half inch in girth at all levels during this time. However, I did not lose any flaccid gains.

I picked up my original jelq/stretch routine at the beginning of October and have gained back all my loss and then some. I now measure 10.50” BPEL regularly with an occasional 11.00” BPEL and have even hit 11.25” twice. My girth remains unchanged: 7.00” base girth, 6.00” midshaft, a little higher—6.25 at the glans.

My flaccid stretch, with a fifteen minute warm-up fluff is 10” to my hip-bone, 9.50” pulling it straight out and 13” pulling it straight up at twelve o’clock. All my measurements are taken either standing or lying down. My BPEL is taken at a 90 degree angle.

What I have observed with this months’ routine and results is that all my measurements are growing closer together, that is the flaccid stretch length at various degrees and angles and my BPEL.

P.S.

My BPEL goal has changed to a foot. I have no idea if this is feasible or not. But since the Mrs. still has not complained, I see no reason to stop.
