Question for all that have gained

Im curious to see how many have gained here without ever taking a break from PE. By this I mean no more than your days off during the week but no real decon. time off. Or if you have gained and it was from a week off or more decon. Id like to see this as well? I know there are some guys that dont believe in decon. and their routines may be 2 days on and 1 off, then repeat and they do this consistantly without ever taking long breaks for rest. There are also people that hang every single day with steady gains and never take a break. If you are one of these people please reply. This IPR stuff Ive been reading has me so confused and Im just wondering if its really necessary. From the results, many here would say no and their progress speaks for itself. One more thing, if a plateau has arrived in your PE history, did you then take a break or just switch up your routine? Thanks guys!

OK, I’ve been very on-again-off-again so my experience probably isn’t something to draw from. The times that I have been active with my PE I’ve gone as many on as I possibly can, most times just taking weekends off because of lack of privacy. During those times I have gained a little here and there. But, I’ve been off for long periods of time, far longer than deconditioning would require I think.


2010-01-09: BPEL: 19,7cm [7.75"] EG: 15,0 cm [5.9"]

Here’s to +1 more views :) I haven’t took any breaks as of yet and I’ve gained a fair amount so far. I suppose IF or WHEN I do I would just do light jelqs in the shower and very few at that and some very light stretches or possibly bump up the weight with hanging, but if that wouldn’t work I would probably just stick with the jelqs -without the PJ device for a week probably and see how everything went.

I was reading some old threads by lilbig12 (think thats his name), he no longer posts here. He gained 3cm in 3 months if I recall correctly. Out of 3 months he only had about 12-15 days of rest. He was hanging almost everyday for several hours and doing lots of traction wraps which basically is ADS. Alot of these guys thats been here from the beginning never took breaks it seems. Im just wanting to get some others input and advice on this and whats worked best for them. Thanks guys.

Most of my gains came from 1 year of solid PE with a two day break per week. Gains are getting slower and slower and now it takes forever to get 1/16Th in length. I do primarily manual stretch with some jelqing.

Never had much gains with girth but not really working on it.

Was your routine more of a 2 day on, 1 day off routine? Were you jelqing, stretching, hanging, pumping, etc…?

I’m happy to announce I just broke my plateau finnaly after doing lots of hanging and ADS with a Vacu-Hanger and research here the past week or two have made a .25 inch increase in NBPEL but no gains in BPEL! I think this has to do with the lig gains which I thought were almost done completely for me but I guess they were not.

Basically I am one of those people who has plateaued for many months now after making great newbie gains (like 1.25-1.5 inch in erect length and a lot longer FSL) in the first 3-5 months. From there I plateaued basically but still keep trying to find the magic bullet to make gains come consitently. I have tried many forms of PE (jelqing, girth excersizes, ADS/ADH, hanging, traction stretching) and even though I could not get the plateau to break I believed I should expierment with many forms of PE before I give a decon break a real shot so I could build lots of expierence. And lots of expierence I have built. I have never went longer then about a month off from PE the last 12 months I think. Very few rest breaks. I kind of follow my intuition when it comes to PE.

So what was the difference and what I did this time to make these gains (which I don’t know are cemented yet but am using a ADS as often as possible to cement them). Well I finnaly got smart with my PE and started not being so reckless just to test everything. I started using PI’s. I can now tell when my dick is positivley reacting to the stress I place on it after hanging sets by visually examing the condition of my dick after letting it rest for a couple mintues usally. I also check throughout the day for other positve or negative signs of how my dick is reacting to the stress and I always make adjustments as needed to maximize the positive PI’s and not allow overtraining to occur (which has happened to me many times in the past). I actually made a couple changes to make my gain.

Another change I made was using a ADS as much as possible throughout the day if I was not hanging and checking for PI’s with that as well. I’m even testing some ANS and seeing how my dick reacts to that.

I was stunned today to see a .25 increase in my NBPEL length. I think it has something to do with the way I am approching PE now. I actually respect my dick now and the living tissues and non-living tissues that it is made of. I think the tissues of the penis will rebel against one who is trying to gain too quickly and not taking the proper time to condition etc.

For my gain I was doing SD, BTC, and SO (mostly SD, BTC) for hours on end and I was not doing that then I was in my ADS. Trying hard now to let my dick turtle and at the same time trying hard not to overtrain it.

My flaccid is also longer now. I theroize it might be because of how much ADS and hanging I’ve done and the tissues may have some sort of memory to them in the cells which they have now been trained to hang my flaccid longer all day (kind of like training to part your hair on your head and your hair stays that way). Or it could just be celluar mitosis kicked in and some new cells are be created from cell division.

I’m starting to think I might need to hit the upper angles (SO more, SU, OTS) in order to get BPEL not just NBPEL (which probaly is from ligament stretching and growth). I’ve done those angles before with a AFB, and wench hanger but was not successfull.

Sorry if this is a bit hard to understand. As you can see I have thinking a lot about this stuff latetly and am determined to make something out of this. I would need to organize my thoughts a little more in order to make this a little easier to understand. But there would be much to say. Hope I helped you out. ;)

I remember reading about positive PI’s and negative PI’s. These are basically signs of red dots, no morning wood, better flacid hang, and stuff like that correct?

How exactly do you have OTS? Are you using a longer rope with a weight attached on the end and toss it over your shoulder? Never really understood this one. Also, what are you using for your ADS? Is it your Vac-H? How noticeable is it if thats what youre using while in public?

Main reason I wrote this is because I havent gained in a while and Im starting to wonder why. Maybe Im not jelqing as much as I was when I first started and switched to light hanging and tried pumping. I guess I shouldnt have tried to fix something that wasnt broken yet.

Correct. For me I look for flaccid hang, discoloration, red dots, monrning word, erectile quality (how strong my erection is, how much and where I feel the fatigue (in the ligs, or shaft or skin), etc. I always now try to keep my dick in the best condition possible based on all my expierences in PE (for jelqing, kegels, hanging, manual stretching, etc). Unfourtently sometimes it takes overtraining ones dick (getting negative PI’s) in order to learn the lesson your dick is telling you so one can avoid that as much as possiblein the future.

Well I have not OTS for a while now. But I did it multiple ways when I was expiermentaing with that angle months ago. The best way I got it too work was to do what BIB suggested and tape the the hanging string (that holds the weight to attach to the hanger) to a long strip of plastic from a milk container. This when done right gave me a nice distrobution of force in my dicks shaft. Also he said to make sure have the milk contrainer plastic strip going over your chest and then over the shoulder. Also a leather belt worked well for me in the same manner as the milk container strip of plastic.

Yes I was using the Vacu-Hanger for ADS. I haven’t taken it yet much out in public but I think I will soon. I have worn it around my house pretty much all the time lately and my family has no idea from what I can tell. If you wear something like baggy pants (cargo, jeans, etc) it really isn’t noticable. You just have to make sure the tension isn’t too high when you are in public because you don’t want to keep adjusting the strap up and down your leg to adjust tension when out in public of course. The tension builds up over time when using this device as a ADS. And it builds up quicker the lower the leg strap is on your leg and denpednign on how you set up the dynamic tension bungee like string that comes with it (the black string, lol).

I think the ADS use I put in now other then the PI’s is the big difference that allowed me to gain again. Basically I read and read and came to the conclusion:

- Watch for my PI’s and adjust routine accordinagly.

- Use ADS for as long as possible after and even before sessions for the following reasons:
* Keep the damage I did with hanging extended and open so if there is a natural retraction of the tissues to heal I don’t allow that to happen, they must heal in the exteneded state.
* I don’t allow too much healing to take place
* Celluar mitosis might take place at any time while in the exntended state to create new cells
* My flaccid will get longer as a side effect (go from a grower to a shower, this defintly seems to be happening I can confidently say).

I really suggest you look into your PI’s as you do PE. Try to make your dick as healthy a possible while still getting a good workout. Really pay attention and try your best to figure out why what is happening when ever you do any form of PE. Maybe make a log book of PI’s you encounter. I usually just make quick mental notes to myself and try to remember what I enocunter as I PE. I still get Negative PI’s/signs when I PE but being aware more about this as I PE helps me to stay focused and make adjustments when needed better I think. I also think it in the long run encourages my dick to grow instead of beating it up too much and making the tissues retract and rebel. But what works for me my not nessicarsly for work you or everyone else of course. I’ve thought about this and there are both difference and similarites to different forms of PE and it’s a matter of finding those bounderies sometimes.

Your right I think on the don’t fix something until it isn’t broken yet I think. Many people around here suggest the same exact thing. If you’re gaining don’t change anything until you stop gaining. I personally should have listened to that advice a long time ago but I didn’t know much about my anatomy and PE yet so I guess it was good I got through that phase. Although I know I’ll have to take some risks as it always is with PE (upping the weight by a certain amount or increasing the number of jelq strokes at a certain time etc etc).

Length gain: 5cm in 16 months.
Girth gain: 3 cm in 8 months.

Longest break was 4 days because it was way to hot to do PE. Sat in a pull of sweat the day before.

I also want to add biggerjohnson is maybe consider skin stretching for hanging (foreskin restoration style, like foreskin restorers do it or use a BIB hanger). If you uncut you are lucky in that you probaly don’t need to worry about that. The reason I worry about this for me personalyl and my future gains is because I am cut and I remember BIB saying you need to stretch skin first when beginning hanging in order to let new gains be made (this might effect my BPEL and BPFSL gains?) I proved that wrong by making gains with the vacu-hanger (which places little stress on the skin as you probaly knwo). Of course maybe with all the ADS and vacu-hanging maybe I actually did get a little skin growth? I don’t want to confuse or worry you but I am confused and I plan to make big gains so I just wanted to let you know you may want to consider this could be a hang up for you and gains in the future possibly. Most likely no need for you to worry about that now.

MM: I haven’t even tried IPR training yet. I’ll consider IPR if I stop making gains. It’s funny because I was just about to take a couple months deconditioning break but I thought I would give one last shot before the IPR too expiermentaing with vaccum hanging + ADS + PI’s for huge amounts of time and I just made a .25 NBPEL gain along with a longer flaccid since I started this idea which was like a week and a half ago. This has got to do something with ligaments I take it since I don’t believe tunica/shaft type growth can occur that quickly. I’m starting to think LOT theory may be real after all since all I have done is SD, BTC and a little SO. My BPEL did not go up. BPEL may indicate shaft/tunica gains. Now I’m just trying like hell to cement this new gain and possibly make furthur gains by using a ADS as much as possible and throwing in hanging when my PI’s are positive. No way I want to lose this after hanging for so long.

On another topic I’m a risk taker and it’s funny because I swear to god I decided to try your ANS idea with the vacu-hanger as a ADS and I had 2 nightmares in a row (I think because I was pretty scared before attempting ANS ouvisouly because of what might happen)! After the nightmares I realized that everthing was ok and that I had slept for a couple hours and my dick would be fine. After that I finnaly got a nice peaceful dream and sleep. You have that happen to you? Lol, probaly not.

Sorry for the long ass post to a simple question you asked but I felt it could give you and others a better idea of what I’m going though. Sometimes I can’t believe how complicated this stuff can get yet you can look at it simply as well.

LM: The only way I know how to explain a NBPEL gain with no BPEL gain is if you lose weight, otherwise firm up, or start measuring differently. Lig gains versus tunica gains have nothing to do with it, as a gain in one (NBP or BP) should directly translate to a gain in the other (assuming no other bodily changes), regardless of the source of gains. For the same reason, I’d also think that LOT has nothing to do with it.

My somewhat pessimistic conclusion is that you may not have gained anything. If you can’t measure a BPEL gain, there is probably no gain to measure.

All this assumes that you measure both NBP and BP at 90 degrees to your body.
