Question for all that have gained
Im curious to see how many have gained here without ever taking a break from PE. By this I mean no more than your days off during the week but no real decon. time off. Or if you have gained and it was from a week off or more decon. Id like to see this as well? I know there are some guys that dont believe in decon. and their routines may be 2 days on and 1 off, then repeat and they do this consistantly without ever taking long breaks for rest. There are also people that hang every single day with steady gains and never take a break. If you are one of these people please reply. This IPR stuff Ive been reading has me so confused and Im just wondering if its really necessary. From the results, many here would say no and their progress speaks for itself. One more thing, if a plateau has arrived in your PE history, did you then take a break or just switch up your routine? Thanks guys!
