Who here has gained the most

Just would like to hear from big gainers/fast gainers time span and what they did to get there. I have tried almost everything and gained little in the past 5 months. Doing the newbie routine still.

Hang, jelq, hang, jelq.

I am closing in on a four inch length gain. Also, about a two inch gain in EG at base. About 2.5 years of investment.

I don’t know about who has gained the most. I would think Bib, Dld, YGuy are at the top of the list, I may be missing others.

I knew you would chime in Mr. 9 your my hero heheh how much weight for you I can handle 10 lbs easy for about 30 mins at a time.

If I could accomplish what you did I would be about the classic 8X6 by this time next year. I’m very optimistic. I know this stuff works you guys are living proof and inspirations to all us newbies.

Sorry I could not reply sooner, I was on vacation for several days. I was a lurker here for several months and did PE and then I finally registered when there was a post that said they were no longer accepting members after they reached 40,000. I have been PEing for about 10-11 months total. I have gained almost 2 inches in one year. I hope to get exactly 2 or over 2 inches. People on this site say this is very good for one year.

My routine consists of put my penis in a hot cup of water for 2-5 minutes, Not scolding hot, enough so it kinda hurts but I’m not doing any damage. Heat really helps stretch ligs, and since you want length gains this will help you. Immediately after, I dry it off usually with toilet paper or something and I begin manual flaccid stretches. I pull hard but not too hard. Better gains come when you stretch for longer amounts of time rather than pulling real hard.

After this I jelq. I don’t have a set number of jelqs or set time. I do it untill I feel my penis has had enough.
During the jelq If I want to do girth excercises I manual clamp. I grip as low as possible with a 50-70 percent erection. I hold it in sets of 15 or 20 seconds.

Afterwards, I let myself go flaccid and again I put my dick in hot water again for about 2-5 minutes. Then again I do more stretches in every direction.

Lastly I don’t usualy do it every day. But thats up to you. Most people on the board go everyday. I think your penis needs to rest. I usually do like 3 days PE 1 day Break. Something like that. Most of the time I do it when I feel like it.

The stretching before and after really helps I think. I’m not sure if any of my techniques are used on the board or anything. I’m more of an independent type. My jelq is also not the conventional overhand jelq. I read this info on here and apply it to myself and change some things, since everyone is different. I suggest you do the same. Find what is best for your penis. Thats what I did with mine. I just got done with a break, that I didnt even plan on taking haha. You know summer has gotten to me. I will be starting again soon.

I pretty much visit this site every night. Id be happy to help you out and see your gains etc.

That’s quite impressive. I’ve jelqed for a year with no practical gains in length or girth. I did get really veiny but most chicks seem repulsed by it. I’ve been off any PE for 4 months trying to construct a new routine that might actually work.

Mr. Nine I’d like to see some pictures.. I don’t need to see 4 full inch difference, but if I could see any improvement pictures, that would satisfy a little hole I have in my mind about your four inch claim..

As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.
