Which extender

So I have decided to look at purchasing an extender. It seems people who own one seem to swear by it and even if it produces minimal results.but its still a gain. So I’m just asking for some advice on peoples experience and reviews of extenders, so I can decide which one to purchase. Many thanks, Sam.
