If I use an extender, and I’m on the newbie routine at the same time, is it necessary to think of these two things together (ie. use the extender and jelq on the same day, and take a day off from the extender and the jelqing on the same days) or are they separate from each other and won’t interfere with each other?

Right now I do the newbie routine 2 days on & 1 day off. I also use the extender 4 1/2 hours 5 days a week, and only 2 hours a day on the other 2 days a week (this I call my break). As you can see, my jelqing routine and my extender routine overlap each other haphazardly & randomly.

Instead should I leave my penis alone completely on my off days (ie. no extender)? In other words, will the extender interfere with the healing on the days off?

I read different opinions on this subject.

Oh yeah...

I go about 1” over BPEL at the moment on my extender, a little over 900 grams of tension.

I’ve already been using the extender for about 250 hours, so my dick is pretty used to it.

I think you have to look at your routines as what you are actually doin.

When jelqing you are extending your dick.
When using the extender you are extending your dick.

The only difference is that in the first it is an active operation. The other is a passive operation.

So you are not giving your dick a rest

Anyone realized results by using extenders? Can you buy them in a sex shop or just on line?

Was just wondering since I am still a newbie. Maybe getting ready for 3 months later

Thanks petitfaun, I guess I’ll go with a 2 days on, 1 day off routine with both the extender and the jelqing. It’s just that I was told by a few people that it is best to use an extender as much as possible. I guess there are differing opinions on this; I just wanted to get a more definitive answer. I’d rather take days off, to be honest. I’ll work up to 5 days on 2 days off.


Some people - the minority - claim to get decent length and girth gains with just an extender alone. Since these people tend to be on the forums of the extender sites’ forums, I take their testimonial with a grain of salt.

Most people will tell you that you need a good PE regimen to get real girth gains.

I’ll send you a PM about that, since I don’t like feeling like I’m advertising for a company; I’m not a big fan of those extender companies.

Suffice it to say that it is a Jes-type extender, based on the well-known design created by Jorge Siana of Denmark.

As far as liking it goes: I have my issues with the design. I think they could have come up with something a bit safer & user-friendly.

I used it, though, so I guess that says something. :)

I am using an extender and using the newbie routine, but a very light one. I stretch for 5-10 minutes under IR heat, then do 30 Jelqs, but I do my PE before I go to the gym, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. So far I’ve had success.
