When to Mandingo stretch?

Hello,

I have been PEing for about 30 days, and I came across the Mandingo Stretch. http://www.averagepenissize.com/the-mandingo-stretch/

I am wondering whether it will give me too much girth for me to make best optimal timed length gains.

Any thoughts from experienced PEers?

Also, should I be doing A/V stretches as well?

After 30 days you should just stick with the newbie routne IMO.

Stick to the Newbie Routine until it stops yielding gains. You can keep following it for many months. :) PE is a long term process, don’t rush it up.

Mandingo stretches are very advanced, in my humble opinion, and should not be done without a lot of practice and PE experience under your belt.

Even then, there are other intermediate and advanced stretching exercises to look into at first.

Thanks to you and other poster, I’ve actually been doing them for a couple days, but I don’t feel stretching inside my inner body.

Perhaps I was doing it wrong. Anyways, I think I may wait till I plateau from newbie gains.
