Whats the best way to get .5 to .7 gains

Hanging or extending. Anybody with experience with either one or both please tell how long did it take you to gain at least .5 or even .7. That’s all I’m trying to get. Is it hard to get this, and is it reasonable.

Judging by your start date, I would suggest the newbie routine for at least 3-4 full months on a regular bases. After that, you can use the search tool to do research on what worked for others and choose your path.

Neither. Here is the PE101 reading list.
START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info

Do one of the n00b routines for 3-4 months. That will teach you how to self monitor your penis, greatly reducing the chance of injury from future hanging/extending. You have a good chance of getting 1/2” without ever doing anything other than the newbie routine.

If and when you do transition to using a devise the guys will need a bunch more information before they can give you responsible advise. Lifestyle, location, home/work environment, etc.

I agree with what the other guys said. Do the newbie routine for 3 or 4 months. You may never ever need to use a device. I got my length gains from newbie period - 5 way stretches and low erection jelqs.

Although I agree with the usage of the newbie routine, one thing that can, and does happen is “discouragement.” You will experience gains much differently than other guys, and visa versa; therefore you should strive to stay committed.
