What routine is better for me..?
Hi, im a new member and i think that the PE is graet! i’m 24 years and i speak whit a very bad english.. sometimes..sorry
my size is:
when i had 18 years i have start whit my frists PE exercises, but i had never see nothing about this.. i had create some my exercises in erect state and some foldings in 4 direction 50-60 rep, these for the girth especially and sometine some streching.. but is not a regular routine.. when i want been..
Now i want start whit a routine especially for length..
i dont know is a better for me “DLD 10 minutes routine” or some my foldings 50-100 and “Active Isolated Stretching” becouse they are two different mode to work the tissue.. in the streching..
