What routine is better for me..?

Hi, im a new member and i think that the PE is graet! i’m 24 years and i speak whit a very bad english.. sometimes..sorry

my size is:
BPEL: 7.17
EG: 5.50

Goasl:
BPEL: 8.00
EG: 5.71

when i had 18 years i have start whit my frists PE exercises, but i had never see nothing about this.. i had create some my exercises in erect state and some foldings in 4 direction 50-60 rep, these for the girth especially and sometine some streching.. but is not a regular routine.. when i want been..
Now i want start whit a routine especially for length..
i dont know is a better for me “DLD 10 minutes routine” or some my foldings 50-100 and “Active Isolated Stretching” becouse they are two different mode to work the tissue.. in the streching..

Regularity is important to any routine. PE done infrequently is normally pretty ineffective.

If you want a length based routine you have 2 basic options:

1. Hanging

2. Stretch heavy program

If you want information on hanging check out the hangers forum but its probably easier to try the manual route first.

Firstly find out what your LOT is, if you have a high LOT this is a good indicator that you will make quick gains with even the most basic stretches. If your LOT is low you want to look at V-stretches and long hold stretches. V-stretches allow you to target smaller sections of the tunica and stretches held for a longer period will probably be necessary to see good effects without trying a jerking/ripping approach.

If you haven’t done PE for a while start with the newbie routine and increase the stretching time and modify the stretches for greater intensity. Still do the jelqing but jelq toward the floor if you have a reasonable LOT (7-8 +).

Sorry you didn’t get a reply to this quickly. It might be because you are using pay site terminology. Its worth reading up on the techniques so you can use the names people are familiar with.

I had try hanging for 1 month but i had a inconvenience and a little pain when erect for some time.
I think that the streching is better and allow better eretc.
but I dont know if I used the wrong mode or whether the weight was wrong.
However my LOT is high I think. When I perform a kegel, maximum tugback is more length about 1 inch and +, while the tug bak is -1 inch. I think that I have good flexibility.

What routine is better for length?

I want try:

1 Basic Stretching: each direction x 3 sets
LIG PC Stretch (tug up x 30 pc narrows) x2
Wet-jelq (toward the floor) 50
Uli 2x 10 sec

3 day on, 2 off o when I have a good erection for Wet jelq and Uli and almost every day streching.

Where was the pain when hanging? Wrapping is the commonest problem.

When you do a LOT test its when the tugback stop that is your LOT angle, so move your penis down slowly and look to see when you don’t see any tuback anymore.

I don’t know that

will help much in getting maximum gains through the ligs but they can’t hurt. Stretching will help.

The rest of your routine sounds fine but be careful with the ULI’s. ULI’s are for girth anyway.

You might want to up our sessions to 3 days on 1 day off or 5 days on 2 days off after a while.

The pain is in center of penile, next to gland but only in erection.. and is more flaccid after the hanging and is more difficul to arrive to erection after 1 week of handing, while whit a ruotine of strech i haven’t anyting pain and more erections.

Ok for LOT, i have 12cm in tugback and 17,5cm in full tug.

The LIG PC Strech is based of streching in up whit a good traction and make 25-30 Kegel, later in down.

However i want make also the JAI’s strech (2 seconds and 2 of pause, 10 minutes) but i dont know if is better of the first exercise for me..

I want make also 2 exercise for girth, Uli and Wet jelq.

Ok tnk for 5days on and 2 day, but if i want work also girth i think taht i shall have a bad erection after 5 day of work.

There are some major nerves in the center behind the glans. Maybe you were using a hanger that doesn’t put the pressure on the sides of the penis?

If manual works then I guess you don’t need to hang :)

You’re looking for an angle here not a length. Imagine a clock face with your penis at the center: 12 at the top, 9 straight out, 6 at the bottom. Where on the clock dial do you stop seeing any tugback? If you stop seeing tugback when your penis is straight out then your LOT is 9. Does that make it easier to understand?

That will effect the tunica more. Thats not a problem but if your LOT is high you will get quicker gains from stretching the ligs.

Adding JAI stretches to your program can only help. They are a great stretch and no problem for a PE’er with any amount of experience.

The ULI can be rather advanced, it is probably worth adding once you have 2 months of jelqing experience.Do you have that yet?

Jelqing works girth well. Modify your days on and off so that you need the rest period. Go with what works for you.

yes.. really i have knot a thread whit some cotton next to gland and in the calf, when i had walk much i have listen pain in center.. for two week i have stop anything activity of my friend.. now i have’nt pain for lucky.

LOT: I’m not sure that i have hunderstand.. however i have try and the tug back there is when i strech in 9 o clock (on my left) in 8-7 o clock it’s tugbak.

Really i have had some PE experience.. some streching and moviment 2-3 day at week for 3 years. It’s not a regulary routine but are the same exercise..

Yes.. i have try the Uli from 3 months from now.. and i think taht is good for enlarge the veins in the penis and the gland. I have’nt problems from this..

However i thinl that this is my definitive routine.. for now:

Warm up: hot water
JAI Stretching: each direction for 10 minutes
Wet-jelq: 50% erection, 50-60 reps
JAI Stretching: each direction 10 minutes
Uli: 3x 10 sec, when i have a full erection

5 day on, 2 off.
