What Device do I Need?

Hey sorry for the mundane post but I don’t know much about PE devices and I am looking for a device to aid me with manual stretching.

At the moment my fingers hand and wrists are getting very fatigued just performing 1 minute manual stretches 6 times per day at a 2 on 1 off routine and I am starting to get a deformation at the top of my shaft beneath the glans.

I’ve heard that there are hangers and stretchers but which one do I need?

Stretchers use rods if I’m not mistaken and stretch the penis from the pubic bone out whereby a hanger sounds more likely what I need?

All I want is some mechanical aid to grip beneath the glans where the hand would be in a manual stretch and maybe a cord that I can tug on to achieve stretches in multiple directions.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated thank you.

Search for Marieras thread “Tips and tricks for manual stretching”. If you learn to master the proper V-grip you easily can hold for minutes without problems.

Wow the V-grip works absolutely perfectly when compared with the overhand OK grip; no EQ issues the next day and no deformities beneath the glans.

I’m running a beginner routine for another 1-4 months depending on gains then I am investing in a portable ultrasound device for deep tissue heating and will still require a PE device that can allow me to stretch hands-free.

Do you have any recommendations?

If you are going to use the US with manual V-grip stretch the best way to manage it would be to stretch northwest and northeast.
Your penis is against your body which gives you a good platform to push the transducer against the shaft.
This way it wont cool as easily as it would exposed completely to surrounding air.
You can easily manage the stretch with the V-grip your knuckles anchored against your body.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

That’s an excellent idea thanks Kyrpa. Would this all be performed sitting as that seems the most opportune position to stretch northeast/northwest against the thighs?

Yes it is easiest to do sitting relaxed and comfortably on the sofa etc. I have found these kind of stretches working nicely with US application.
And even without the heat as the grip and the position allows effective stretches while doing cooldown stretches manually.
OK grip then for downward stretches if V-grip cannot be done.

Thank you Kyrpa. I have some more questions of which I’ll ask on your gaining volume thread as the information will be more pertinent posted there.

One consideration for manual stretching might be some kind of wrapping material to make it easier to maintain a grip.

Some kind of silicone product seems like it’d work, to me.
