What constitutes a jelqing rep

Is a jelqing rep when you complete the jelq with BOTH hands or just ONE? BOTH hands at 3 secs a stroke.. Takes a while.

I realize this is a borderline stupid question, but hey I’m a newbie. Also, what lube is best? I have come to the point where I’ve run out of hand lotion and I need to make an adventurous trip to the store.

I say this because you know.. Funny things can happen when buying lube I’m sure.

I count one hand as one rep. You only really need to compare to yourself, so it really doesn’t matter how you count it as long as you do it the same way.

Use olive oil or something like that. There are threads on lubrication. Hand lotions may not be the best option.

I don’t count reps. I always get distracted thinking about something else, so I just do time and get a rythme of 3-5 sec per reps. But to answer your question I think of one hand per rep.

Oh and as for lube, screw the fabricated stuff, I use coconut oil. Get it cheap at walmart. Or olive oil. Both of those are better for your skin than chemical laden stuff….. of course your trip to the store won’t be so adventurous and you’ll probably miss picking up that hot chick that’s casually cruising past the lubes and condoms.

Try to go for the 5 second duration. Slow jelq, soft grip.
