A Jelqing Theory.

If something similar to this has been posted, I apologize. Furthermore, I am not trying to take credit for there findings if it has been posted in the past. I don’t really search anymore because I have a limited schedule.

In my journey to acquiring a big dick I have found how different variations of jelqing can provide either girth OR length in growth. By jelqing my dick one way, it is easier to acquire length, and by jelqing it another way, it is easier to acquire girth.

I found this out when I stumbled across a post made by Wadzilla that had to do with a new girth technique. In his post he talked about using a rolling pin on a table to jelq the dick as a girth technique.

I was desperately wanting girth when I read about this new girth technique
and I wondered if I could accomplish girth by SIMULATING a rolling pin with my hands. I would do this by putting more pressure on the top and bottom parts of my penis while jelqing.

I did this for a few weeks, and I didn’t even have to measure. My dick definitely had more girth — But I gained no length.

I then wondered if I went back to the old way I was jelqing would I continue to gain length. So I tried my old jelqing technique — In which most of the pressure went on the sides of my dick while jelqing.

I did this for a few weeks, and BAM. I gained a little bit in the length department, but absolutely NONE in the girth.

With this information I have formed my theory in which Putting pressure on the top and bottom of the penis while Jelqing is more likely to cause girth growth, and putting pressure on the sides of the penis is more likely to to cause length growth.

This COULD explain why so many people gain in one and not the other. I remember many people posting before about how they gained so much girth but no length, OR vice versa. I believe it is all in the technique.

All thoughts/opinions (even bad ones) are appreciated.

Indeed. I don’t know the physiology of the penis as well as wesla, but I am sure that there are certian parts of the penis that make it wider and certian parts of the penis that make it longer. I think when I am putting more pressure on the sides, I am putting more pressure on a part of the penis that is used in the penis growing in length — And when I am putting pressure on the top and bottom part of the penis I am putting pressure on a certian organ in the penis needed for girth gains.

Girth is the measurement of the circumference of the penis. Since is isn’t just width that makes up girth, increasing ventral-dorsal diameter can also increase girth. The corpus spongiosum (CS) has a tunica albuginea that is not as strong as the one surrounding the corpora cavernosa (CC). This means jelqing with stress on the bottom (ventral) side can increase the size of the CS, thus increasing girth.

Jelqing on the sides tends to put force on the CC. Since they normally get longer rather than wider when under pressure (think about the amount your penis increases in length when erect from its flaccid size, probably more than double), compared to how wide it gets from the flaccid size, perhaps 50%), jelqing stresses the tunica of the CC in the direction it usually expands (longer, not wider). This may explain why your two methods produce the results that they do.

I seem to remember reading that rolling pin thread, and totally forgot about it! So you think there’s something to it, then? This would be very cool for people to know if it is.

Just as I presumed. So basically, putting more pressure on the Corpus Spongiosum (CS) increases Girth. And you do this by putting pressure on the top and bottom of the penis.

On the other hand you can increase Length by putting more pressure on the corpa cavernosa (CC). And you do this by putting pressure on the sides of the penis.

ELECTRON,

The Rolling Pin Theory is located here:

Need width? Try this….

Hope it helps. Or you can just simulate it with your hands. Good Luck.

hey guys,

This sounds very interesting. I have been jelqing now for three weeks. I have been switching up my grip during my routine. If I understand this right, if I were to use a pinch grip squeezing the side of my dick causing the most pressure on the top and bottom then that will increase length? and using a pinch grip squeezing the top and bottom forcing pressure to the sides then that will increase girth? If this is true then thats great and I hope it works out for every one.

Also if you consider the exercise itself. When you jelqing from the sides OK grip is really the only technique I know. You will pull more on the ligs up and away from your body, which promotes length. Conversely if you use the rolling pin method, C method or any top down pressure you wont be pulling the ligs for one thing, you will be working at higher erection levels, and exerting more internal pressure. All of which promotes girth.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

This sounds like a reasonable theory, but my experience had shown otherwise. I believe that gripping the sides strongly increases depth, not width. That’s how I jelqed, arbitrarily I would add, and my gains were mostly in depth. While my EG increased nearly an inch, my width changed very little.

I believe that if you want width - which looks more impressive, by the way - you should apply the pressure to the top & bottom of the penis (a la rolling pins, pan rolls, pushdowns, etc.).

Considering the pressure on the sides, I don’t believe that you’re “stimulating” the CC by doing this. Rather, the stresses you’re applying are forcing the pressure to seek relief downward - since it really can’t escape laterally, since you’re gripping it firmly on the sides. If you want width, you need lateral expansion - which is caused by applying force to the top and the underside of the shaft, thus creating an outlet to the sides. And it’s that expansive pressures, repeatedly, which cause the chambers to grow.

That’s certainly been my experience. If ever anybody jelqed firmly at the sides, ‘twas I. And I gained almost no width, but a lot of depth.

Any thoughts on length gains, Wad?

Most of my length gains came from vigorous stretching - which I hated, but it worked. Jelqing did far more for girth than length.

My Rx? Stretch 7 days per week, jelq every other day. Start your stretching with at least 10 min under load (that is, not just 10 min total time for the session, but 10 min of actual stretch time).

What’s better than 7 days per week? Two daily sessions, AM & PM, 7 days per week. The more you stretch the dick, the more it’s likely to grow. Length and girth gains are different.

This is one thing that most people say, but I refuse to believe it. Why should girth and length training be any different? Assuming that the weaker tissues can handle the load (ie blood vessels, skin etc), why would training girth twice a day be too much, while training length twice a day be beneficial? Is there any difference between stretching the tunica wider (girth) and longer (length)? If not, why should there be any difference in your approach to training? (remember, assuming that you have no problems with soreness, discoloration etc. that seems to be the only argument people give me).
I’m hoping someone will prove me wrong because I would much rather do less PE! :)

Wad,

I see you gained mainly girth (or depth) from jelqing. When you jelqed how exactly did you jelq? Did you put pressure on the top and bottom, or on the sides?

I don’t understand what you mean by “depth.” By this, do you mean it was wider from top to bottom?

When you put pressure on the top bottom parts you still pull the ligs, or at least I do. I pull the ligs just as much in both situations. However, you are right about exerting ore “internal pressure,” But in my experience it wasn’t a lot more internal pressure and I am almost positive that it wasn’t enough to cause that much of a difference in my gains.

Exactly. According to my theory, and my own experience, pressing down and up on the top and bottom will promote girth. And pressing on the sides will promote Length.

I use the power-jelq which provides a similar effect to the rolling pin. Of all the reports I’ve seen about the PJ, it seems to help with girth more than regular jelqing. I think the reason for that is what you’ve said but I think that it increases width more than depth as wadzilla said. Who knows it might lead to somewhat of an oval-shaped penis which would allow more girth with less volume and would explain the great girth gains of people that have used it. It’s an interesting point that you bring up and hopefully we can find an answer.
