Two months of PE now. Since my last update, my BPEL grew +0.2” up to 6.0” for a total of +0.5” since I began. I had some insecurity about length before, but now that is gone. 6.0” is a good size, sure I would like more, but with that 0.5” gain I grew passed some 15% of the population. It makes me more confident. BPFSL has plateaued at 6.2” right where it was 4 weeks ago. Actually I think it is up to 6.25” but it’s difficult to measure that 0.05” difference. I will know more next month, but if it remains unchanged by then, it is truly a plateau. I believe it’s still growing, just slowly, and I will see that 6.3” by next month. Girth is unchanged at 4.2” and eventually I will target girth as it is small at 4.2” but for now I will just take what I get.
My routine has been heat, stretch, jelq, mostly. Sometimes I do just heat and stretch. The heating and stretching combined varies from 10-30 minutes. Jelqing varies from 5-15 minutes. I go by feel when deciding the times, and what days to workout on. I estimate I workout 60% of days. I am content to continue with just these manual exercises for now. I feel very safe with these exercises and I hope they continue to yield gains over the next month or two. If not, I will look toward pumping or a seated SO hanger pulley.
