Heat is always a good idea, but it’s rarely been convenient for me.

The idea is to have this exercise feel good to you, so I can’t give specific guidance. Sometimes I pull super hard; usually less so.

The other positive indicator is a longer BPFSL immediately, but that apparently doesn’t happen for everybody.

Tried the 3-step workout today for the first time and it felt great. Thanks Tom!
Even if I’m pretty new I will use this as an “extra” PE workout doing 3 sets (180 reps) aswell as my own modified newbie routine. I will do the two separately during the day and only use heat when I’m doing my modified routine.

By the way, I really liked the “Inner Penis Pull”, made my unit go from the normal “Turkey neck-turtle mode” to an actually nice flaccid state.

Thanks Tom, your simple yet effective methods always astonishes me.


Starting stats 02/10/12 - BPEL 5.5" 13.97cm BPFSL 5.5" 13.97 cm BG 4.80" in 12.19cm

Currently: 9/30/13- BPEL 6.75-6.9" 17.5cm BPFSL 7.00" 17.78cm BG 5.1" 13.2 cm

I’ve measured today with a ruler. I started with BPEL of 15,6cm and now I have a BPEL of 16.1cm. This was within a month, giving it a one day rest in a week felt nice for me.
To be honest I think the trick was persistence, I always stopped PEing after a while without seeing results, that decreased my confidence. If you don’t see results just keep going, without knowing this site I had the idea to live for the rest of my life with the same size and now it is changeable that keeps me persistent. It is just like fitness and training a muscle, a good nutrition lifestyle and commitment.

Very nice! And congrats for paying attention to your own clues about days off. Most people don’t have enough confidence in their own feelings, and rely on others to tell them what to do.

Hey fellas .
In a way to make these exercises my own , I’ve started doing them differently .
I combine the inner pull with the shaft pull .
Making it a one stroke movement .
Over hand , thumb down belly side , v style grip on top .
Using his skin to grip deep down .

He has a shaft shift to one side , so I v - style to keep even pull both sides of the CC’s .
End with the glans pull + a base squeeze - bend at the end .
He feels he’s getting a great work-out !
Used , and tired .
Any thoughts ?

Thanks for sharing your experience Mr Tom! I really like and seems safer than jelq! It is also simple and clean. Routine need not noob, and I read the 3 simple steps, I think they should be in Spanish too .. Thank you very much!

I was wondering if you have done the “3-Step Penis Workout” as prescribed by Mr. Hubbard for any period of time before modifying it?

Been using it since the last of November .
It gives me crazy wood .
Have you gotten better wood since you started doing them ?

Look in my log , I just measured him and got 7.7 ” SFL .
Was about 7.3 ” SFL before .
I’m just being lazy and wanted to see if I could get the same effect by combining them .
Seems okay .
Try them and let me know how they feel on your dick .
