I wondered why I couldn’t find your website Tom, that’s a shame. Do you happen to have the exact instructions for the 3-step method that were on your website? Or are they already here and I missed them? I want to try something lightweight that’ll help me achieve better EQ and perhaps some EL gains. I already have “enough” girth, so a little extra length would be great!

Since the “3-Step Penis Workout” foregoes the use of lubricant, has anyone using this technique found it to cause; or increase what has been dubbed as “Turkey Neck”?

I’ve been doing these for about a month with no signs of the dreaded “Turkey Neck”. However, it may be unintentionally induced whether lubed or not through various PE methods. I suppose this may be a potential PI to look out for and can best be prevented or minimized through proper technique in either PE method.

It would be my estimation that proper technique for any penis enlargement method would involve holding back the scrotum at the base of the penis via ones free hand, wrap, ring, tube, or ball stretcher.

I plan to include some form of the above restraint to this “3-Step Penis Workout” and expect to have an increase in erection quality and possibly even some healthy flaccid gains without any such negative effects.

Tried many “Jelq” variations, limited success with a very pragmatic approach. Almost feel stupid for not trying this. Seems to be doing something, thanks.

Yes, this 3-step workout is so easy to do, that it’s to good to be true :-)

Are you saying pull from the begaining of your penis the base, and then from the base just before the head?

Then stretch the hole penis and do pinch pull jelq?

I have been doing this workout routine for about a month now. Although I do it in addition to the newbie routine, I do believe that it is effective. I’ve seen some newbie gains, so I’m quite happy with my progress.
