Tom Hubbard’s ONE THING newbie challenge

At the beginning you told something about the pinch jelq, but on your current homepage I can´t find it. I have searched a lot, but I didn´t find a real description how the pinch jelq works. How to do the grip?

I´m German, perhaps I don´t understand it, but I´m really interested in this grip. Could you tell me? Also you´re other exercises are really great on your page.

It is now step 2, the shaft pull. You can still do just that exercise, but I think all 3 together are more effective.

Is the sub forum down for this? Getting 503 error.

Tom asked for it to be taken down after this sequence of posts. I would guess that the link GoyimEnanthate posted is where he has moved it now but I have no direct confirmation of this.

As far as I know, only Tom was advocating this. It’s a simple stretching routine, so I doubt there’s any real issue with it.

Try the 3-step without kegels until you’ve mastered the exercise itself. When doing the pinch-pulls, you’ll be doing them on 2 sections, the “inner penis” up to the base of the penis (1st section) and then from the base of the penis to just before the head (2nd section). The last exercise is a pull outward, gripping your penis just before the head. These outward pulls should only last 1 second per repetition.

I, of course, have no credibility in this discussion (being the “pusher”), but FWIW or to whatever degree you wish to give it credibility: in 1996, I got to 7.25” EL. Until 2013, the longest EL I’d ever gotten was 7.325”. Couple weeks ago I measured EL of 7.625”. I haven’t measured EL since. Ironically, it was after 40 minutes of edging, and despite seeing something that should have been incredibly exciting, I really didn’t give a shit. I can’t explain that.

Although recent versions of my site probably don’t exist, around the middle of 2013 I showed AFB sticks that had a mark representing a number of interest to me that allowed me to measure without a ruler: that was 7.5” for BPSFL, though I didn’t state that (my specifics being irrelevant). This morning, I measured BPFSL for the first time in several weeks, and it was 7.625”. I had neither time nor interest (this thing called life tends to intrude on PE occasionally) to do the full 3-step workout today, but maybe I can/will tomorrow, and report the “after.” Based on my B&A, I would expect the “after” BPFSL to be 7.75”, maybe pushing 7.825”.

Sweet. Maybe I should hire you as a copywriter (given all the money I make from PE!—oh, that’s right, I don’t :D ).

And I could have saved all the time it took to make my illustrations. Seriously, I probably spent three minutes on each. But that adds up: in three minutes I could have been eating a 72-ounce (2 kg) steak instead . Priorities, doncha know.

In 16 years since initial gains, I had gone from 18.4 to 18.6 cm BPFSL. By mid-2013 I still hoped to achieve an after-stretch BPFSL of 19 cm (7-1/2”).

This morning my pre-workout BPFSL was 19.2 cm and after 19.9 cm.

I use BPFSL to approximate EL (and have for over 17 years). Even if my EL is “only” the median of 19.55 cm, this indicates a significant gian in the last few months.

It’s been a while since we’ve had someone actively promoting a non-commercial site, so I’m a bit rusty on the thought processes involved “non-commercial” -> good, “rampant promotion” -> often annoying to a lot of people. I guess there’s a sweet point in there somewhere. If you can hang on a short time, that would be great.

To quote you:

I would have thought your pre session measurements would be the better indicator (though a two day gap for measurement would be even better) but taking your 19.55cm measurement, that would indicate a gain of 0.55cm (0.22”) since 2010.

So, if you’ve been doing this routine for 4 months now, that would mean a 0.55cm gain in 4 months over your 2010 measurements but you mention a 0.5” gain after two months in the first post, so it would seem a portion of this gain is recovery of lost length, which tends to come easier for most people coming back to PE. It’s rather like the newbie gains spurt, and 0.5” is not unusual in the first month or two. I would think that the efficacy of your routine would be demonstrated by greater gains and maybe improved with the addition of jelqing and squeezes but all gains are good :)
