Does anyone here know of any tips, exercises or supplements for stronger erections? I’m around 5.5 inches at full rock hard erect (NBPEL) but every time I have sex with my girlfriend, I can only seem to get it up to roughly 5 inches. She’s not getting my full length & she says she’s fine with it, but I have a hard time believing her. I consider myself to be very healthy. I’m 5’8 150 lbs, I’m physically active, I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week & my job alone is already pretty physical. I believe the reason why I don’t get fully hard is because of anxiety. But I can get fully hard when I’m on my own. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

For exercises you can do kegels and reverse kegels.

For poor EQ, you already mentioned anxiety but you may ask your doctor for a blood test for hormones. Viagra, cialis, etc. by themselves will not offset anxiety, but they may help your confidence which would overcome anxiety.

Thank you so much for your exercise suggestions. & as far as prescriptions go, I don’t really wanna depend on anything, but it’s an open option for me. Thank you so much for your reply.

Manual stretchings are great to have better erections.
And the most of all techniques to have a rock hard erection for the end of times is :
- SEMEN RETENTION

The longer you retain your sperm, the longer and harder your erections will be.
Know that in order not to ejaculate when you make love with your wife, you have to train alone from time to time.

Personally I practice close to orgasm masturbation for 30 minutes every other day.
Thanks to this I can make love to my wife for hours without ever losing my erection.
There are good and bad days but it is due to the fatigue of your body and what you eat most of the time.

You absolutely MUST banish refined sugar from your diet. (trust me)

You may want to consider the low dose daily Cialis (or generic) for a while. That way you don’t need to plan for a pill’s effect, and after a period of time may find you don’t need the pill any longer.

Yeah that’s probably my best option as of right now. I plan on taking it max 2-3 times a week, that way I won’t become dependent on it. Thank you so much.

Very great tips. I’m already tobacco & alcohol free. I don’t do drugs of any kind, but let’s just say my diet could be better. I know all this is just in my head because I didn’t have this problem when I first got together with my girlfriend. But I will overcome this. Thank you so much for your advice.
