I want to give some stats about myself first just in case it can help, I’m 23, I’m getting back into my sports routine after a lazy-off year, I never tried PE and I’m not interested in getting my member any longer I’m happy with my size but I do want and need better EQ, I’m starting to eat cleaner, my testosterone levels are right, my blood samples came right. What do you mean by total relaxation? So if I do for example, a 15 2-5 s hold reps, I should do a 15 2-5 reps of reverse kegel, right?

Yes but a reverse kegel is still an action.Its kind of a stretching action.
So there is a point where your pelvic floor is simply totally relaxed. Many have tense pelvic floors all the day.
training reverse and normal kegels and noticing the difference will teach you when you are totally relaxed.
Easing into kegels and reverse kegels and releasing them slowly helps that too.
