Hello everyone!
My name is Ash and I have been a lurker for about 2 yrs here. I have always had a small penis and wished that it could be bigger. I did start PE about one year ago, but after a month of no gains, I stopped. Well, recently I started lifting weights, and found that If you put your mind to something, you can do it. I Have seen good gains in muscle increase therefore I have decided to start PE all over again.

Here are my stats
Length -BP - 5inches. About 0.5 inch fatpad
Girth - 3.5 inches.

My goal 7x5

Do you think I can do it?

I am sure that there must be some new methods for reaching the desired results, so please share with me some good routines.

One last question, if you stop, will you lose your gains?

Ive just started as well, I’m not experienced enough to answer your questions but I hope you achieve your goals.

You want to gain 2x1.5? Lots of people have done that here, especially the length. Toward the end of the page, click on “PE Data Site,” then click “View all the data.” It seems that at least half of all people who really try can achieve this in 1-2 years. How motiated are you?


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: handclamp squeeze, O-bends. My data - Progress log

If you stay committed you can do it! Since you’ve lurked here for two years now you probably know where everything is, so just use all the info you have. But since you’re only just starting again, go slow. Patience is the key, as well as dedication (now why can’t I tell myself these things as well as I cantell others :D ).

Anyway, I’m sure you’ll get the member you want eventually!

Yes, natural PE is possible, and yes, permanent gains are possible. As you may have seen in the charts produced from the data in Size’s excellent stat’s site, 1½” in two years is quite possible. A 2” gain is quite possible too, just not as likely: you need a lot of dedication to have that kind of gain.

Most guys go on a kind of “maintenance” routine once they cement their goals. If you don’t, chances are you will lose at least some of the size you’ve gained.

Stretch at every chance you get, especially after masturbation. Even when it’s not warmed up stretch it. Your goals are reachable.

I’ve been thinking of just “stretch,stretch,stretch” at every given opportunity.

Does it produce good gains?

I’m pretty sure just stretching whenever I can has given me my permanent 5+” flaccid hang!

As for erect gains, I’m sure it helps.

Yes, it absolutely does. Most ADS manufacturers suggest to wear their devices for as long as possible. That what it says in my PM booklet too. It’s like the longer you stretch the better the results. It made me think about it. I was like if I manually stretch more I will definitely get better results. I used to stretch three times aday. Currently I’m stretching whenever I get a chance.

I would guess long, judging by how the PM works?

I do all kind of stretches. Including long and short. I only wore my PM a couple of times. I’m not that experienced with the PM. I’m still seeing newbie gains in the length department that’s why I don’t need the PM at the moment . I will use the PM when my gains stop.

Rifor, what did your routine look like when you first started? I think I have a case of information overload. Someone once posted, that you should maintain a 70% erection while jelqing as it helps with girth. I always thought you jelq when yr soft. Any thoughts on this?

I notice that you’re from M’sia. I’m also from Malaysia. Just to let you know that, I also did not belief natural PE is possible. Until I met this guy : http://www.dazelman.com/ . The guy showed me the photos where he reached 10" from 6" dick after 3 years of PE. Now I’m a believer. Being PEing for almost a year, my BPEL increased by 0.5".

Dazelman used almost the same PE method described in this forum. He also used his home-made lube for PE, ie "minyak lintah" and "minyak ikan temakul" and recommended "Tongkat Ali" to increase your sex-drive. All Malaysian should know this stuff.

goldwave, my routine when I first started just consisted of a warmup in the shower followed by 2 sets of manual stretches in all directions for 30 seconds each, followed by wet jelqs for about 10 to 15 minutes, then some more stretches (same again) and a warm down. Its much the same as what I’m doing now, although then I only did that once a day with rest days, and now I do it twice a day (although my evening routine is slightly different, involving dry jelqs, clamping and not in the shower), and rest days are when I can’t be bothered to PE, or don’t have the time (on average once or twice a week).

My my original routine definitely worked for me at the time! :)
