Hello there, I did PE for 2 months last year and it does work. I can see the difference on my dick. And now I’m back doing PE. I’m from Singapore btw. Cheers

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I’m an Asian guy who also just started PE and joined this site. It’s true what they say about small Asian packages! I’m starting out with BPEL 5.125 and EG 4.250. =(

Hey, you don’t have to be Asian to end up with stats like that.

How would you like to be 6’1” tall and start at BPEL 5.25 EG 4.25?

Well it’s been a month since I’ve started and I’ve gained 0.3 BPEL and 0.25 EG

Rifor and NineInchNails, how hard do you stretch when you stretch all the time?

I know it’s difficult to describe, but do you stretch as hard as you can, or is it only a mild stretch? Or something in between? Or do you vary the force you use?

It’s interesting to see other Singaporeans on this forum. How’s SG? The food still good? Haven’t been back in a while. On another note, those are some good gains, may I ask your routine and/or if your using any devices? IR, ADS, traction wrap etc.

The food are still good, except the weather a little humid lately!

For me, the newbie routine allows me to gain almost an inch length so far…

Hmm, I don’t really stretch as hard as I can. As you say its hard to describe. I stretch so that it feels like my unit is being stretched well, but I don’t do it as hard as I can. You have to get the balance right and just stretch at a level your unit can take but that still feels like its getting a good stretch if you see what I mean? I generally don’t vary the force I use though, not intentionally anyway.
