The perfect jelq: searching for the best technique.

Hey guys, I’ve been reading a lot of posts where guys injure themselfes because of putting too much pressure on the dorsal nerve.
Now here is my question:
Is there such thing as the ”perfect jelq”? where you only strengthen your penis instead of pressurise them(something not much unlike bodybuilding)

Can you elaborate your question? I don’t think it’s very clear.

What exactly do you want to achieve with jelqing? The point of exercise is to force more blood into your penis which causes expansion and you can’t do that without increased pressure.

Concentrate all of your finger pressure on the sides of your dick and don’t apply it to the top or the bottom. It’s less intense, because the pressure will be forced up the shaft more rather than on outward expansion.

Hm. UfGTor. I also have realiced that when doing jelqs top of hand facing the sky or palm down, the preasure seems to go more to the side of Mr. Penis. When doing jelqs holding penis palm up, preasure seems to go more to the nerves along the top of the shaft! I feel I can handle any preasure the first method, but feel rather scared about applying too much force with the second as I have had a thrombosis on the top vain in 2002 back then.
