It seems there are two schools of thought on jelqing technique. Maybe they are not so separate but some sites and videos recommend different jelqing methods. The two main differences seem to be speed of jelq stroke.
I have always pretty much been a three second jelqer - with each stroke lasting at least three seconds. Lately though, mainly out of boredom with my routine, I’ve been mixing it all up. I’ve also added 4 - 30 second stretches which really work btw! I’ve always like the palms down approach to jelqing because it gives a better stretch for me over palms up. Also, palms up makes me too hard to really squeeze. Now that I’m actually using stretching as a separate exercise, I’m using the jelq mainly to encourage girth gains. So I’m using a palms up/palm down slow fast jelq routine and i like this routine. Yesterday, I decided to palm up it with a fast jelq stroke (about a second each stroke, one after the other) for 15 minutes. This got me very hard pretty quickly, and by the time I finished, my dick looked a lot bigger than when it gets hard normally. I got a toilet paper roll and i could not get the head all the way in. I usually can get half of my dick in at least when hard normally. I was pretty surprised.
Anyways, I think I will keep with a mixed routine but with an emphasis on faster strokes (with medium pressure so as not to break my dick).
What do you guys think about jelqing speed? I remember seeing a video from I think it was the forsize site which shows a guy palms up fast jelqing it and I remember thinking - that can’t be right as so many sites stress a hard 3 second every jelq counts approach. But I have noticed the few sites that recommend a much faster hand after hand get up to a good speed jelqing approach.
Like I’ve said, I’ve never been in favor of this faster jelq approach partly because it seems easier and it seems that it couldnt possibly give you the same results and because it does get me very hard, especially palms up. But not being able to get my dick in the toilet paper roll after 15 minutes of that really impressed me.
Also, I woke up with a hardon this morning that was so freaking big that I had to measure it and I’ve definitely gained 3/4 of an inch in length and a half inch in girth - 1/4 inch of the girth coming in the last day (lol) - since starting three months ago.
So my take is that pe definitely works. Its just a matter of finding a way that works for you - but I do suspect some ways are better than others.
Anybody use a faster jelq technique consistenly? What has been your experience with it?
