Technical issues/queries About Jelqing And STreching

Hey me again, lol

I just did the newbiw routine and had a technical question about jelqing/streching

Due to being of small size, streching for me is quite difficult, do to having not a lot of shaft to actually stretch out, its basically me pulling on my head to stretch it instead of the actual shaft, is this okay? Is this going to be damaging for my gland at all?

And as for jelqing, the same issue arises, not a lot to work with so doing the two hands switching over doesn’t really work, would it be possible to maintain a constant OK grip at the base and just move the other hand from base to tip over Andy over? Or is this less efficient ? Plus I have an extremely right foreskin (need to stretch that bitch out of cut it off) which also is a pest. Anyone with a similar issue have any advice? You might not damage it (provided the force isn’t too much) but I would watch out for fluid build up. The glans is pretty much the last place on your body where you would want large water blisters.

Thankyou for this, are there any warning signs as of fluid build up?

I’ll let a veteran answer this. The only time I experienced this (fluid build up, no actual blisters luckily) was when it was already too late, I’ve since switched to gripping the shaft an inch below the glans for doing the stretches.

I wish I had that luxury :P … unless maybe in using too much force which is high likely, maybe next time I’ll be a little easier and see if I can feel the it stretching or not,

Do not pull on the glans. They get very nasty. Try and stretch the best you can for now.

I’d recommend either jelqing before stretches, something along the lines of (heat, jelq, stretch, massage/firegoat roll, heat). You can always pump your soldier up a bit too (not like full erection level) but at like a 30-60% in order to have more shaft to grip. Depending how high you go on erection level you can always wait for it to subside slightly and maintain your grip position so as to avoid gripping the glans. I personally remain about 1cm to 2cm behind the glans, but the problem becomes since my skin moves next thing I know i’m right butted up against the glans….just different ideas to try out. I’ve found my most success comes from CAREFUL trial and error, try something out at a low intensity and see if it works. If you feel it does continue and increase intensity as you feel necessary.


Starting stats August 2016: 16cm BPEL and 11.5cm EG Goal: 19cm BPEL and 14cm EG

Returned after 8 years on Jan 7 2024: 17.5cm BPEL and EG - 12.5cm still same goals!

Thanks for this, I’m going to try again tonight and just see how it goes, I’m thinking maybe I was just using to much force, which i can try and reduce :)

Maybe if i just jelq for 20 minutes instead of stretching ? is that a viable option?

Stretching really is out of the question right now i think :( Until something changed, perhaps loosing my fat pad will give me some more room to work with,

I wouldn’t give up on the stretching myself because (from my understanding) it hits the ligaments in a different way. Look in the the Jai stretches and concentrate on exhaling in to the stretch. I do them seated on the edge of a chair and can lean back to provide a more clear view etc.

This is also a great thread for a different type of gripping style that i have found helps more than the traditional OK grip….

Thanks bro, im going to stick with stretches for awhile, gonna give it 3 months of the newbie routine, if not 6 months.

Just gonna take it slow and chilled out,

Take it easy. Do not rush it.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
