Needing help on PEing, jelqing tips, stretching etc.

I’ve been on the PE for 2 months and a few days, just found out about the newbie routine so I’m trying it out. I use the PE for approximately 6 hours a day but every 7th day I tend to just let my dick rest and recover. Just found out about Jelqing and streching so I jelq for about 10 minutes in the shower everyday. Jelqing seems to give me some crazy instant flaccid gains which makes me look like I have a huge cock(something I didn’t have 2 months ago)

However, I haven’t seen any full erect gains which I’m wondering, how long before I see these gains? What should I be doing to obtain full results? Should I start stretching, if so how? When Using the PE should I take it out every now and then and Jelq for 10 minutes then throw it back on?

Sorry for all these questions. Any advice you guys drop would be great. Thanks

The extender may not be giving you quite enough stretch to get into a gaining zone. I don’t use one myself, so I’m just guessing about that. I’d suggest you focus on staying with the recommended newbie routine centered around jelqing and manual stretches. That method has produced nice gains for many guys in the past, including me (3/4 inch length within 4 months). If your penis will tolerate it, consider the extender as a supplement to your jelqing + manual stretches. Always keep close tabs on your EQ and PIs for signs of overwork. The newbie routine should be done with ample rest time each week. A 1-on, 1-off schedule is common, with more rest days if needed. As your penis becomes conditioned, workout times can be gradually increased to coax gains, but let your EQ and PIs show the way. If you find gains coming, think about sticking with whatever you are doing at the time until those gains diminish. It’s probably beneficial to stay with the least intensive workout that yields gains. Going harder may toughen your penis, making future gains that much more difficult to obtain.

Sounds to me like you are perhaps trying too many different things at once and not giving any one of them the attention they need to return results.

Stay dedicated to your new found newbie routine and you should see results in the first 1-2 months. :)

Calfaddict I’m sorry dude but, what does EQ and PI mean? I am fairly new to the PE abbriviation and I feel stupid.
